How is it lackluster?

He got beat several times yesterday and continues to show issues vs speed rushers. If Dillard had the same exact game yesterday he’d be getting torn apart

  • Perfect weekend for me. I got to make my long time soul mate my wife officially. And I got a eagles win today. Life is good.

  • Listen up blog.  Enough. These 2 ass clowns are suspended for 2 weeks.  They've both had warnings to quit the personal attacks.  There's a line between trash talk and just abusing other posters a

Dean is an ILB not outside so he would take over for Edwards, no?

I'm torn on whether Dean should be an OLB or ILB in our system. He might be too small for ILB, or too slow for OLB. His instincts are elite, so I do think he can make either work though. Either way, he needs to start beside one of Edwards or White next year.

May be a Twitter screenshot of text that says "ANNNNNNNNNND...UH-OH @DDtch33 What if the Phillies got the crowd jacked before Game 3 by having Doc Rivers come out thinking he's throwing the first pitch & instead he's fired in front of 45,000 people?"

Stafford doesn't surprise me, he's the same guy he was in Detroit, just had a great team around him for one season, now that the team is in decline, so is his play.

You can see that with Rodgers, as the talent around him fell off, so has his play.

Which is why Howie is right to emphasize the OL, good linemen have longer careers than skill players, and are the key to a QB (and RB) success.

If you have a solid OL, you can find skill players, draft, trades, FA, and even give a young QB a chance - look at poor Pickett yesterday.

But it also raises the question of how much Hurts has improved v having Brown and a healthy OL this season.

Stafford had Megatron and couldn't get it done

When Rodgers had Adams they would at least always be a contender

FWIW, I could not care less about going undefeated.  In fact, I'd RATHER have a loss.

I want that #1 seed, which is a massive advantage.  But I'd rather avoid the added pressure of having a 0 in the loss column.

The Eagles are good, so don't get me wrong.  Really good.  Maybe, maybe even champion good.  But they aren't undefeated good.  That's only a product of a good team and an even more horrific schedule.

We could be 19-0 before our matchup with the Bills/Chiefs in the SB...and we'd STILL be underdogs.

We already have a ring. I'd rather shoot for 20-0.

Giants are extremely overrated and It'll be a home game in  Met Life

Chiacgo...meh. Keep Fields in the pocket and he may be the worst QB in the league

So you got the Titans, who are jekyll and hyde at home and a road game with Dallas which may be very interesting

The titans game is harder if you don’t have Jordan Davis out there. Granted if willis is starting and forced to have to throw then it could really become a blow out for the eagles. The titans want to use henry often and limit their passing attack. They’ll try to limit the eagles possessions by controlling the clock and tempo with Henry. It’s a game where having Jordan Davis back would be huge.

I have a feeling we lose to the Packers on Sunday night in 4 weeks.  Rodgers will just be so butt hurt, he will go vintage that night for no other reason than to make Mercury and his back of d bags pop their corks.

Bills defense is elite, and their offense is better than ours across the board, and a huge gap at QB.

Eagles need to make 1 more move on defense if they expect to deal with them at the end.

If Dillard only got beat a couple times we'd have probably said he had a decent day

This is great!

Dillard: Played football (his position) for most of his life.

Mailata: Learned to play LT within the last 5 years and is starting.

I think Mailata gets a pass, he's still learning the position.

Lock up the #1 seed, once you have that, you can afford to rest your starters and take a loss or two, so long as it is locked up!

So who do you want us to lose to?

I think we split with Dallas and NY.

If I had to choose, the Titans.

For me, ironically, the opposite is probably MORE true. They ARE undefeated good based on timing, health, schedule and quality of the team, albeit it is really hard to accomplish and with a caveat that I don't think they play for it in the last 2 weeks if they don't need it for HFA and the bye.

Champion good remains to be seen.  Some really good teams on the other side of the ledger. That Buffalo team is very good.  And on the NFC side there are some teams coming along just fine.  SF, dallas, seattle and the gints are real enough.

Me too on Dallas.  Gints I still need to see more.  They still feel like a bit of a chimera.

Cowboys and Vikings...

They both have a fairly decent road ahead of them.

Vikings too.  Forgot about them.

Still lots of interesting football ahead.  Good times, good times...

Eagles need to lose a game while the starter are playing.  Do not want to be over confident come playoff time.

I think the perfect game to lose is Sunday night in Philadelphia to the Packers.

Backup safety please

Will update the rest of the board bets later, but the most important one.

AJ Brown needs to average 6.1 catches per game the rest of the year to earn @Bacarty2 his 1 month suspension.

Agree with Dallas, Not NY.

Dallas is going to need that win BAD and we're may not have an L yet...or 1.

But I dont see any issues with the Giants, I've watched them, a lot, theyre not good

I don't think the Giants are that good either. When has that mattered in NFC East games?

Ideally it would be to the Titans out of conference...but I don't think the Titans will do their part and win.
