I never said I was going to "beat up” anyone.  I simply stated he wouldn’t "speak to me that way” in person and if he did, he wouldn’t afterwards.

He’s helped the Eagles at every turn since he’s left. Got us a #1 & #3, played enough to make it a 1 and not a 2, missed the playoffs to make that #1 pick much higher than it should’ve been, and handed us a game this year. He’s arguably been more valuable to us since he left than his MVP caliber season.

Increasing his paychecks. 

I think we can go undefeated because of our weak schedule. The counter to the comments about the schedule can always point to the Pats IMO

They benefited from a weak division for a very long time and essentially had easy wins to keep them in the playoffs for all of those years

Also if we get to the SB and win then we're liking going to face the Bills or Chiefs who are universally considered the toughest competition

Having a weak schedule and then beating the best team for the Lombardi sounds good to me

#1 -- Eagles -- first round bye

#2 -- Vikings

#3 -- 49ers

#4 -- Bucs

#5 -- Turds

#6 -- Giants

#7 -- Chickens/Packers/Rams

 

The 4 remaining teams after the wildcard round would likely be Eagles, Vikings, 49ers, Turds.

Under the circumstances, I would say Carson is a "miss” as a draft pick. He had a strong 2017 but he didn’t win us that Super Bowl. Nick foles or some other QB couldn’t have gotten us the division win over 9-7 Dallas? We wouldn’t have beaten Minnesota if it were in Minneapolis instead of Philly? 
 

It was a strong season by Wentz, but was it worth all the picks to move up to 2nd overall? If the draft happened again right now, and it was assured we don’t win the SB in 2017 (which Carson had no direct involvement in) do we still move up from 8 to 2 and take him? For 3 varyingly decent seasons and then selling him 0.50$ on the dollar?

The only part that shifts this argument is the SB win. I agree with the Butterfly effect that we can’t change anything or it goes away, so all the decisions had to happen exactly as they did. But that doesn’t mean Agholor was a great pick, or Marcus Smith, or Carson Wentz.

 

He wasn’t a terrible pick, but under the context of what we gave up, what he did in stalling our QB search, and the lost seasons after the SB, it was a miss.

I think it comes down to the division.

Going to be tough to sweep both the cowboys and the Giants.

Both are playing well right now, I could see the eagles splitting with both and maybe the Titans giving them a run for their money.

If that's the case they go 14-3 which I think is still good enough for number 1 seed.

9ers are so inconsistent, do we really think they can pull this off? I think the Cardinals have a shot here. Played well against your seeds 1 and 2, which is half their losses, they won’t be playing NFC top teams every week and Hopkins is back.

I'd agree with this just because doing great in the regular season doesn't always transfer to doing great in the playoffs
