There is a (small) argument for cutting him to save $$$.  While he has a tiny base salary (1.1 mil), he DOES have a $500,000 per game roster bonus.  So they could make him inactive to avoid that, but what I'm not sure about is does the current CBA have a limit on how many games you can make someone inactive for being a ****?

I'd say there are still at least that number of guys on here that love to talk ball and have good/interesting takes.  You just have to wade through a gaggle of dorks who want to compare D sizes on an anonymous forum to get to em. Which is annoying sure but hey it's better than Reddit.

Very excited to watch Gannon play 2 high against a team with no WRs and a good OL/RB.  What could go wrong?

Not a restructure they can do.  Not even accounting for the 2023 guaranteed salary of 18 million ( not sure when it becomes guaranteed ), he has prorated signing bonus hits of 8.1 million in 2023 and 8.1 million in 2024.

That 16 million, or at least half applies to this years cap immediately if he is released.

Hey @SkippyX you made the claim that you know for a fact that Cooks is sitting out because they fired Easterby. Can you prove that please?

Because Easterby was fired Oct 17, and Cooks played after that, twice. Seems him sitting out is more to do with them not trading him to the cowboys at the deadline, if one were to try and connect the dots.

What is so hard to comprehend? Different sections have different expectations for behavior. If I go into CVON or RnR, I know what to expect. They are places with certain expected behaviors. The Blog has always had a different set of expectations...it is not about being soft, which is an asinine take....it is about respecting the expectations. You seem to be happy burning it all down.
