I would recommend scrapple (Habbersett) to anyone who enjoys breakfast meats.  They don't have to be 'adventurous'.   I'd add that pork hearts and pork livers actually provide health benefits that pork 'meat' doesn't.  In other words, scrapple is a much healthier breakfast meat alternative to bacon or sausage.  Lower fat content, lower cholesterol, and higher in B vitamins, iron, folate and a few other things.  I've even read that pork hearts are fairly high in CoQ10 and therefore, might be a more heart healthy option than bacon or sausage.   It is not 'healthy', but by comparison, I believe it is a better choice for the health conscious consumer.

I concur wholeheartedly!  It is particularly good with good rye bread and apple butter.

My point was nuggets (processed compressed meat) aren’t the same as boneless "wings” made with breast cubes. But obviously the latter aren’t the same as flats and drumettes.  Both are good when well prepared but nuggets aren’t edible any more than pink slime is.  The meat in most nuggets is best used in cat food and dog food (which do a good job of using parts of the animal that we really don’t eat in the US.  (In Norway, Cod tongue is a delicacy.  Pig cheek is the meat, guanciale, that you want for real carbonara.).

In Oakland CA there is a superb diner Bette’s Oceanview Diner that makes their own and serves it on the menu.  It is right up there with Habbersetts in quality.  I met an EMB fan Talon there for breakfast several years ago.  Over the years I’ve met a dozen or so EMBers for coffee or a meal or to watch an Eagles game.

We don't know what his basis for a mt rushmore. For some it's idols regardless of talent level, for others it's the GOATs. Never know what his criteria is

His personal QBs who he felt were most influential to his game and how he got to the NFL. That’s his mt rushmore. I think it’s pretty awesome he went with Cunningham
