But he was not in victory formation. He was a runner.

I don't disagree with what you're saying, but if that's true, then the ref should immediately blow the whistle (he didn't).

Its crazy to me that a QB can just take a knee right before getting hit and get 15 yards for their team. Might as well do that every 3rd down.

Did anyone pay attention to how Brown looked after he rolled his ankle? I know he played but he was pretty non existent. No Goedert and a gimpy Brown would be a disaster.

For a few weeks, yeah. Gives us somewhat of a better idea of what Hurts does without a stacked roster though.. especially if Brown sits

I think it would be fun to have Davis and watson side by side playing on the eagles  lol

It will be interesting to see if he can stay in any kind of shape to make it in the NFL.

Not surprised after a performance like last night

Craziest roster move I've seen in the last 30 years

Anybody else with buyer's remorse today thinking this team was worthy of a Super Bowl run this year?

Just don't see the Eagles winning multiple playoff games as currently coached and constructed.

I admittedly got high on my own supply of 8-0 Eagles hopium.

The ref last night was just paying homage to an all time no call face mask

Who’s better in the NFC?

It’s not always about being better, it’s more about being better on the day it matters. I think Minnesota would definitely give us a much tougher game than they did two months ago. San Fran could give us fits as well, and playing a division rival a 3rd time is always tricky.

Not really. There isn’t a team in the NFC they have no shot against. I didn’t think they would be able to beat Chiefs/Bills in the SB and still feel the same.

I do think the next stretch of games will tell us if they prematurely exploded.

Brilliant!

Pez Watkins dispensers will be the hot Christmas gift you didn't know you needed!

Drops candies like it does footballs in crunch time situations.

The Vikings are not better than the Eagles if you watch them week to week.

No. But not sure if you noticed the Eagles have no desire to be linked to Tate anymore

I agree they certainly have a shot at it. The NFC is up for grabs. But as it stands today, I think both the Vikings and 49ers have overwhelmingly closed the gap.

If they go under .500 against Indy, GB, Ten and NYG I’d start to worry

Can't say I've watched many of their games this year. But damn they keep winning all these close games.

Eagles handled them in Week 2.

But they look like a different product Week 10.

Not buyers remorse but I'm not as sold on Jalen Hurts as I was earlier in the season.  Weeks 2 and 3 were incredible but he hasn't played up to that level again.  He's had some good games since and some eh, so-so games.  Lately a lot of his passes seem to lack any sort of oomph.  He's floating the ball.   Last night he did the old ignore the natural pocket and scramble in to a sack thing a few times.  I honestly have no idea what to think of him at this point.  I do know that I'm not ready to spend top QB money on him.

I also think the lack of downfield passing game is a direct reflection on his capabilities.  He dropped a dime right in to Browns hands last night that unfortunately he couldn't hang on to but he still isn't taking any of the semi deep passes.  There are no 15-20 yard passes.  It just feels like something is missing from the passing game.  I just don't know.

Hurts isn't the reason they lost last night but he shouldn't be crowned yet.  The media is ready to if they haven't already.  I think they need to take their foot off the Hurts gas pedal and see how he finishes the season.  I need to see more from him.

My hope is last night was an anomaly of bad luck and bad coaching.

A Super Bowl destined team comes out angry on Sunday against Indy and erases any doubts that they are a great team.

Frankly, there's a chance.  Indy can run the ball.   GB just ran the ball effectively on Dallas.  Tenn can run on anyone with Henry.  NYG have Barkley.

Long story short... if they don't get the run defense figured out and they let teams run the ball like Washington did... then yeah, it is very conceivable that they will not do great in the next 4.

A chance, yes. But Eagles are a better team than any of those 4 and if SB is the goal they need to figure it out. Even last night with everything going wrong that could, they could have walked away with a Win with one less mistake. So if this thing snowballs over the next few weeks, it’s not a good sign, obviously.
