I think this all a moot point truthfully, cuz like me, he will come to his senses.

1. He doesn't need him to win a superbowl.

2. He is known for rocking the boat. Dallas team chemistry could be altered here as they are cruising along nicely on offense right now. 

3. He's asking for way too much on a half good year in a few years. They need to pay Lamb and had to dump Cooper just last year.

4. Double ACL surgeries (twice on same knee in less than 2 years) are not like single ACL injuries. 3rd surgery if you count hernia surgery in 4 years. 

5. Personally, I think Jones is there to sell him on a short term deal for peanuts and he will do better elsewhere.
