I think Patrick Robinson is still available. Sure, he's 35 and hasn't played in two years but why not? Let's get the whole gang back together.

 CGJ will be missed, but we don’t play any tough passing attacks until Dallas, and CGJ’s strength wasn’t his run defense so we should be able to get by ok.

I would totally take Malcolm over Wallace.

Wallace is atrocious.

A big part of that 2017 season was their ability to play 3 safeties, and a older vet Graham whom many thought was done made some big plays that year as the 3rd safety.

Jenkins could possibly fill that role and I'm sure do better than Wallace.

Wallace is trash, on the last play before packets kicked the FG love threw the ball to the guy wallace was covering and I'm convinced Wallace thought the GB guy caught it, as he had no idea where the ball was and just happened to run into the WR while he was dropping the pass.

Then when he sees the ref call incomplete walka e starts acting like he did something.

His on field awareness is just so poor, Blankenship had played all of 3 defensive snaps in the NFL before replacing CGJ and he comes in and makes a play against a future HOF QB and jumps a route, not to mention the times he came up in run support.

I'd release wallace and bring in Jenkins In a flash 

Jenkins may not have the speed anymore but he's always been a smart Instinctual player and at least he'd be in the right place instead of cluelessly wandering the field...

Not super sure about this, but the only way it would work would be he files for reinstatement and then New Orleans releases him. But then he would just go to waivers and may not even make it here. 

No waivers on a player with his years of play. Cut, he becomes a FA.

No. Everyone goes through waivers after the deadline. 

Similar situation happened with Deion Sanders when he wanted to go to Oakland for the playoffs in 2002. He was blocked by the Chargers via waivers.

That's what happens when you're 3/4 of the way through the season - there are only the perennially injured and old guys left. We didn't go after any old dudes in FA/trades aside from Cox.

Plenty of other safeties throughout have played Into their late 30s.

We're not talking running backs here, safety is a position that relies a lot on IQ and instincts which is why older guys can succeed there, especially in a limited role.

Wonder if Leonard Weaver ever fully recovered. What a weapon he could be in this offense. Also may want to kick the tires on Trent Cole since Quinn isn't working out.

During the eagles HOF induction Trotter looked beat 

Clyde Simmons Tra Thomas b Dawkins b West hugh Cole all looked in fairly good shape especially Simmons who is a lot older than trotter.

The game of football was not kind to trotter☹️
