Seems like youre stretching to make your original post work. First of all they truly believed Murray is the franchise QB by giving him that contract, and theres no way they are getting out of that contract via trade. Kyler has done a good job at tanking his market from both his on field play and off the field nonsense...now throw in his torn ACL. Not to mention it would be even harder for them to trade Kyler especially if they drafted a QB in the top 5 as teams would know Cardinals would have absolutely 0 leverage in getting a deal done. They would be paying Kyler AND the new QB would be making dam near 4 year $40 million guaranteed, so good luck with that in the front office and have fun dealing with the locker room drama that already exists with the Cardinals and Kyler.

And oh yeah....they'll be drafting in the top 5 again...its the Cardinals.

I don’t know if they will draft one, but I think you’re way too easily dismissing the possibility. It’s QB. It’s the one position teams find incredibly difficult to pass up if they’re sitting in the position to grab a great one unless they have a proven top 5 guy. Maybe they won’t end up doing it, but I think it’s something that will be talked about leading up to the draft. Especially if they pick top 3. I don’t think they would for someone like Levis.

I’m gonna start a rumor Hurts hates his teammates and doesn’t like being around them.

Good morning ladies

Good stuff from Agholor last night. Not sure how the spotters missed that. Parker was in no shape to stay in.

The Cardinals could be a wildcard team to draft a QB. Keim has shown before he'll dump a QB even if taken them in the first round if he has a chance at a QB prospect he likes better.

If there's one team that needs to go OL in the top 10, it's Arizona.

Remember when people thought Mac Jones was going to be a better QB than Hurts. Fun times 😅

Love seeing Agholor still doing Agholor things.  Mainly getting crunched and coughing it up

Do you think Hurts would be the MVP playing with new England’s offense?

I don't do it but I fail to see the problem if someone else wants to.

Another amazing qb take from a guy on a two-year roll.

In 2020, Tannehill posted 3819 yards, 65.5 %, with 33 TDs to 7 Ints.

AJ Brown had 70 for 1075 and 11 TDs that year, in 12 games started.

AJ brown has played 13 games here, and has near identical numbers, 65 for 1020 and 10 TDs.

Tannehill looks like a bottom ten QB this year. I wonder why?

Instead of making the rest of the Blog read about Jalen Hurts and Every other QB comparison for the hundredth F’ing day in a row with the same posters.

Here’s a Question: IS THIS THE BEST OFFENSE THE EAGLES HAVE EVER HAD??

I love all of these guys coming along and spiking the football, like they are the ones who saw Hurts making this kind of a leap.  Or they have a hand in his development.  Imagine needing to come to a message board for your weekly affirmation.

I had to go back and look at the thread made for the Jalen Hurts draft pick and ohhhh boy the turnaround some of these posters have now is astonishing. I thought these guys were just football geniuses who put nostradamus to shame. Turns out they are just morons.... @jsb235 we're looking at you...

Mac Jones put up 3801 yards, 22 TDs, with a 67.6 completion percentage his rookie year. With absolute dreck for offensive talent.

The offensive talent is even worse this year, aside from Stevenson, and Mac is  having a down year.

But I thought a QB needs more than 2 years to be evaluated? He can’t improve like Hurts has?

His baseline passing numbers were better than Hurts first two years

Gotta love how grown men act a lot like teenage girls over internet drama.

I think it's hilarious that you keep checking that thread.  But don't dare post in it.

And then you decide to junk up this thread with posts from over there.  Which DUM purposefully created a new thread to NOT have that stuff in here.

Time for him to upgrade

Hard to argue against it.  The offense isn’t deep as far as first team, second team.  But it’s deep when it comes to the position groups. When Goedert comes back, you are well above average at every position group on the first team.  That’s not something I can honestly ever remembering before.

Brown/Smith/Goedert is the best trio of receivers we’ve ever had. Frankly I’m not sure it’s real close. and I go back to the Montgomery, Carmichael days as a youth. We’ve had better RB’s for sure but combined with the Oline I’d think I’d give this years team the nod over ‘04 squad.

After all the OBJ circus nonsense the Cowboys sign Hilton and the Bills sign Beasley.

If DEN wins 2 of its remaining 4 games (ARZ, LAR), will that be enough to lift LAR’s SOS above NO? LAR and NO are only separated by .004 right now…

The simple answer to that question is "no” because the two wins for Denver are offset in the SOS calculation by two losses for ARZ because LAR plays ARZ twice.  Further, the .004 difference only amounts to one actual game won by NO’s opponents more than LAR’s opponents.  Each week the results of the games played by LAR’s 14 opponents (the in-division games count double which moves 14 up to 17) all factor into the calculation.  So each week over the next four weeks the SOS calculations will move.

with that said we definitely want DEN to beat LAR, and probably beat ARZ, although ARZ is currently tied with NO in the standings.  They do have a higher SOS than SOS does. Ideally they will win one or two of their remaining games and NO will lose all of theirs.
