What kind of garbage is this? This many people cant want to see San Fran @ Chicago

All of the Fox early games are trash.  Good job Goddell .

Always someone else's fault.  GM is the top dog, and if he did not like what Doug wanted he should have used his veto power.   I can't imagine any Eagles scouts had Reagor over Jefferson.

You can keep trying to pass the buck, but this was 100% on Howie.

It was on Howie, but far from 100%. GMs work with their HCs, a HC who won a SB obviously will have more pull. Peddy wanted someone explosive who could stretch the field.

It came down to a desire to keep the window open, the thought was they had an intermediate pass catcher in Ertz, who was more WR than TE, what they needed was a WR who could stretch the field. The mistake actually wasn't Reagor over Jefferson if you accept this reasoning, but Reagor period, he was too raw to start for a team with aspirations to return to the SB and shouldn't have been taken in the 1st rd. Thing was they already had DeSean in that role.

The bigger problem was it should have been clear that by 2020 the party was over, and it was time to start the rebuild.

But it's hard for a franchise to accept that they're no longer competitive and take a long view when you've made the playoffs and feel with a little better injury luck  . . . but one reason you're having bad injury luck is you have too many aging players.

What about the halfway Hurts that are neutral?

You guys need to make up your minds.

I'll give you till the end of the football season.

Then, we will be discussing extending Hurts ... or not.

You must choose sides at that time ... or not.

Actually, you are wrong on both counts.

Justin Jefferson was the most pro ready route runner to come into the NFL in years, and proved he was plenty explosive at the combine, and has continued proving it in the NFL.

Keeping your Super Bowl window open with a 32 year old, undersized WR who played 3 games three games the previous year as his body was already breaking down was also a mistake.  Edited to add, if you have the explosive WR in DeSean, then Jefferson is also the perfect compliment.

Maybe you can come up with some more reasoning you want me to accept, and accidentally point out more mistakes by your hero.

I mean really who does that to themselves.

People who are born into it.

Ragnow was limited today and Vaitai's replacement didn't practice.

San Fran had a better season than the Eagles.  Chicago/Detroit is a wash.

I dunno.

Uhhh get an agent my dude

Anyone who represents himself has a fool for a client.

Is it just me, but with football almost here, this week just seems to be dragging.  I can not wait for kickoff tomorrow night.

@justrelax explain this drill if you would, please.

Balance. Re-anchor. Keeping weight over your toes.

Remember that clip of Davis bull-rushing Jurgens? What was really cool about it was how Jurgens kept resetting his feet, anchoring, getting driven back, re-anchoring, maintaining balance. Balance and foot placement is hard enough without someone leaning on you. It's doubly hard when you're being pushed, pulled, punched, etc.

This is a drill that simulates some of that.

Gannon will counter this by starting Barnett and having Reddick drop back in coverage.

Who knew that they had opening game on Thursday.  I bet RTK didn't.

If he has a brain he will sign by Friday

His AAV has been pretty much pigeon-holed by the Murray and Wilson deals.  You're worth more than Murray at $46M because he has no MVP, but you're worth less than Wilson at $49M because you have no Super Bowl ring.  That leaves a pretty small range.

The Ravens seem married to him publicly and he may be trying to take advantage of that.  He's becoming less durable and less efficient each season -- get your pay day now.

If the Ravens are smart they can let his deadline pass, put out there that they may franchise tag him during the offseason, and see what trade market forms at the trade deadline.

If you get NFL replay, you can just start next week and be a game behind until you're ready.
