Actually made a bet on him being the first td scorer of the game at +850.

Aramark is bringing some wacky and wild new food options to NFL stadiums across the country this season as part of its "Snack Hack" menu additions.

This is something out of @TorontoEagle's weed induced dreams

Let's not turn AJ Brown into T.O. 2.0.

That's the big head scratcher.

I'm going to say something... even Chip Kelly knew that not every 'RO' had to be a true 'read'.  Sometimes it was a straight run... many times in fact.  Even Chip freaking Kelly understood that exposing your QB to hits too much was a recipe for disaster in the NFL.  Chip... Kelly.

Why is it so hard for some of these NFL coaches to see it?

If you really only want your Quarterback to last 4 or 5 seasons so as not to get a huge payday you might handle 'em like a running back.

He has some obvious physical gifts but needs a lot of refinement. There’s a lot of season left to see how that goes so no need to flag plant at this point

I’m excited to see how it goes against Levis on Saturday though.

If you have one that throws like Allen... then those folks should be fired, and checked into a rehab facility.

I"m pretty sure one who throws like Allen would not be a candidate for that treatment.

Did you watch the Bills game last night?

I'm going to chalk it up to him being amped up for the first game of the year, angry about how his late game ended.  Hopefully for his sake and the sake of the Bills' future.

If he improves as the season progresses, he's going top 5. If he doesn't, then the discussion will be very interesting of where he goes in RD1.

I honestly think this is part of it.  Also makes me very nervous for the reaction if Hurts isn't the answer and the Eagles do indeed replace him.  The backlash is going to be UGLY.

I'm sure the Eagles know that too which is why Hurts is going to have be historically bad to be replaced. Even if he SHOULD be replaced he won't be which is why I'm expecting years of good but not great football. We all know how quick Lurie and Howie are to admit their Fu .... er .. mistakes.

You're not drafting Richardson for what he is (although that's still good). You're drafting him for what he could. A fast, athletic, strong QB who has a ++ arm and will have SEC experience is going to be drafted very high because of the tools. His accuracy/arm motion is also fine. The issue is processing/reading defenses, because he hasn't had to do it a ton.

Most of those attributes are why Josh Allen was drafted early.  No SEC experience, but all the rest.

How often do you figure his "highlight play" from last week works in the NFL?  0% of the time?  1%?

That's a sack in the NFL; a blitzing player isn't going to fall at his feet because he faked a throw.  We'll see how far he progresses by the end of the season, but my bet is he's always going to be a running QB -- not dual threat -- running.

Another consideration is that Donovan was about as good as Donovan was going to get. Jalen Hurts fall 2022 !=! 2004 Donovan McNabb.

El Paso isn't West Texas, it's Baja New Mexico.

Lubbock, Amarillo, Midland, San Angelo, that's West Texas.

You confused the guy that has no understanding of Texas geography, not compass directions, and probably has never been to El Paso.   That’s in Big Bend country, the mountains and basins region.  West Texas is the high plains.  San Angelo has the Goodyear Proving Grounds.  When you were living in Texas did you ever venture out there.  Texas Tech has a pretty good archeology department and a real nice museum including many prairie structures at the National Ranching Heritage Center.

Brady is a free agent next season.  Since Giselle is divorcing him, he will have no reason to retire.

He'll be able to survive off the alimony.

Gannon will have the DBs playing 10 yards off the ball on 3rd and 4.  He will also drop Reddick into coverage more often than he will let him rush the passer.

Eagles don’t play a lot of press.  But I hated the too soon drops last year.

How are they going to just get rid of a locker room leader like that?

He might when they replace Hurts next year.

Yep I'm a Richardson fan.  I see the current flaws but like you am eager to see if he develops more this season.

I guess Marty Robbins was wrong!

Yes, he kind of was, but the rhyming is easier than Lubbock.  But what do you expect from a guy from Glendale AZ.  If you watch westerns, you think all of the American West looks like California. You probably believe all the cowboys wore cowboy hats, were white and wore a Colt .45 strapped to the waste and carried a Winchester in a saddle holster too.  Don’t worry, we believe all Canadians are beer drinking hockey lovers that say Eh at the end of sentences making them into questions. (Probably imported from Minnesota, doncha know?)
