Don't they have to have performed in camp and preseason? Reports were that he wasn't getting any reps and he barely played in preseason

I think most clamored for Strong just to piss off and annoy the Hurts fans. It was a situation where if he turned into something then great but if not then who cares because he's undrafted

But on reddit having downvotes pushes posts to the bottom.

Here, it could be fun. Im pretty sure we had something similar for a fleeting moment on the old boards. But admins decided it would cause too much butthurt. 

 

The main reason why this place is still better than reddit is that it isnt over censored like that with posts being hidden by the algorithm. Here, good posts can get drowned out by all the bickering. Especially when you have a group think gang up going on. But the other posts are still there. On reddit, that crap is all you would see because its getting likes and bringing it to the top, while the other stuff is hidden because its downvoted. And it can become hard to actually find any decent discussion. Its not necessarily chronological. Its ordered by popularity.

That is why everyone rejected Spadaro's suggestion to continue our eagles discussion over on reddit. Its not a good place to discuss anything. Its a great place for sharing nudy pics but not for flowing discussion.

This, used to be great for discussion, especially the blog. And, its still better since the site here operates differently. But those people who come here in search of a dopamine rush can still have a significant negative impact on the user experience here for the majority of others. Sometimes its entertaining. But some people really get carried away and it becomes tired.

I generally like how Howie allocates his cap, both in terms of positions and the fact the he obviously has a consistent philosophy on it.  I think he goes too heavy on interior DL though.

Availability issues are my main concern with him.  Maybe I overrate him, but I view his talent as top notch.  He’s had bad drops, but he’s also had very inconsistent QB play.  Not like that should be an excuse but i think he’s a dude that can take over a game.  Defenders just bounce off of him every time he catches the football.  Hit him in space and he will dominate.
