Tyler Johnson was a 1st round talent, maybe even top 10 talent who got injured and was forgotten for a while.

And then, I cant exactly remember the specifics of his situation, but he came up with some really mentally soft excuse for not working out at the combine, or pro days or whatever.

He has made some really nice plays in the NFL in limited time, but I think he will always be a bust because of the mental aspect. Hes tempting, but I just dont think hes worth the time. I dont think he is ever going to be a consistent player anywhere he goes.

I have my criticism with Minshew Mania, with that said.  I thought he had a solid  preseason.  He moved the offense and kept things together.  It's not going to be flashy and there was some dink and dunk but I'm good he's the backup at this point.  Reid was really inconsistent and Strong didn't get much playing time so I guess the writing was on the wall for him.

Matt Leo is free for at least one more year as an international player not costing a roster spot on the practice squad.  Word is he is a good practice player for the scout team.  

I am not convinced that Stoll is the #2 TE.  He didn’t see much time in the last PS game but Calcaterra needed the reps.  Bottom of the roster will be churned. Final 53 isn’t really final until week 2 of the season and the practice squad will see a lot of churning on Tuesday tryout day throughout the season.

There was also a Surratt in the same draft who was a big WR from Wake Forest. But I wasnt too big on him either.

I'm totally fine with no play Harris getting the boot, it's like playing 10 on 11 when he's in the field, he's invisible.

I always liked CGJ but he’s a pretty big d-head. Not sure he’s the type of guy I’d trade major assets and sign long term.
