RG3 was paid a bit lower than Wentz for his rookie deals, but I'm not sure what that has to do with anything.  Wentz went #2, RG3 went #10.

So Cousins goes in the same draft to a team that had found it's franchise QB.  They traded their 2nd Round pick to get their franchise QB. Then, with their third pick in the entire draft they go back and select another QB?!?  Because that happened to be in the fourth round you somehow discount that as being less alarming?

Yeah, the DC Market was pretty fired up over that.  Deservedly so.

IRG III was a rookie when Washington drafted Cousins in 4th round. Wentz signed a big contract (4 years/$128M) one offseason before drafted Jalen Hurts in 2nd round.

Griffin was #2 in 2012, Luck was #1. Stephon Gilmore was #10.

OK, well nevermind anything I've said.  I'm wrong on several levels here...

I haven't followed the conversation, so you could be right on everything other than the position that he was drafted.
