My buddy got diagnosed with one of them last year...... basically it's like a mass of blood vessels in your brain that get tangled up and can rupture. He had to see a bunch of specialists at Penn and Johns Hopkins and they determined that surgery was too risky and that he basically has to hope that it doesn't burst.
