September 27, 20251 yr If you have hopes for the one seed, then you really have to hope the Mets and the Reds win today. If the Reds win and the Mets lose, then the Mets are eliminated, which means the Reds have nothing to play for tomorrow against the Brewers. And you need the Brewers to get swept by the reds in order to get the chance at the one seed. So if the Mets and the Reds win today, then the Reds and the Mets both have something to play for on Sunday. thus giving us a chance at the 1 seed

But this offense outside of the game 2 beat down if Miami has been terrible since the second game against the dbacks. They are also 5 for their last 58 with RISP (.086)

Lol.

With how the NLDS schedule sets up, it actually benefits the Dodgers having the amount of good starters they have. Cause they can piggyback three of their starters to the other 3 starters. Whereas in the NLCS, they’re gonna have to use four starters which weaken their bullpen to what it looks like now.

September 28, 20251 yr I wouldn't be opposed to signing Alonso and moving Harper to RF. Especially for the Mets fans reaction
