With the way the Phillies have called up prospects in the past he’s right on schedule

don’t think Rojas is the future but he’s clearly better than marsh particularly right now

Kepler finally comes through with RISP. Really love the Phils late making pitchers work just solid all around in the batters box. Love the small ball and stealing bases at the right time with the right people. It’s good to see

I suspect since Walker left after 4 and strahm was warming up prior to the bottom half of the 4th ending that Walker is hurt.

Tbh i think they need to add a bullpen arm. But i do think in the playoffs they can compensate for what they have. Cause you likely don’t need Ranger Suarez and Andrew painter in the rotation at that time. So you can push both of those guys to the bullpen which makes your bullpen better. They just tended arms to get them through the regular season and get to the postseason.

I still think this is going to come down to the fact their offense is way too hit or miss with the runners in scoring position. They need to get themselves a big-time bat to protect Bryce Harper and extend the depth of their lineup.

Not retaining Hoffman was stupid. His contract was not even that bad. 3 years for 33 mil is reasonable. I don’t buy the bs physical issue. The Phillies saw him and had more medical than anyone. They just didn’t want to pay him and went with a cheaper optio.
