I understand the score and the situation, but I’m still not convinced the Eagles are going to win this game without Hurts making a single quality throw.

SF will be sitting on the run and unless we want to repeatedly give their offense shots, we’ll have to complete some passes to move the chains and maintain clock killing possession.

I have to imagine there’s half dozen guys sitting on their couch right now who can punt a ball 45+ yards consistently under pressure. Way different situation than kicker, this should be an easy fix

Eagles really should just pound the rock up the gut and just take away whatever will the niners defense has left. Cause if the eagles just have 5-6 min drives and punt i don’t think the niners can throw it well enough with purdy’s injury to come back
