Wow, national media is making it sound like the Eagles only won cause the 49ers didn't challenge that Smith catch and knocked Purdy out. Yeah, I think a few are right that Hurts isn't right physically because of how off he was, but they are downgrading the win big time.

Yea, it was pretty annoying watching the post game stuff. Said to my dad, what matters to them more, that the 49ers lost or the Eagles won?  From a celebration standpoint and media excitement over having an NFC Champion, it seemed rather ho-hum, let's talk about the what ifs that could happened if Purdy was healthy.

Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

They've got to hate on Philly so it's not a huge surprise really. SF can say what they want but they weren't beating us with Purdy. In fact they weren't beating us with any of their QBs.

Parsons wants to play for us so bad

Imagine the reaction if an Eagles player said go Cowboys, win one for our division.  Phily fans would lose their collective minds. Nice to see the respect Lane has from other players though.

They can say whatever they want, but we slapped their defense for 31 points.  None of the QBs that we knocked out of the game were scoring that much.

If they want to complain, it should be at their coach.  There are street FAs better than Josh Johnson.  He could have addressed that before the NFCCG.

Gainwell has been running out of his mind the last two games.  Where has that been?  I've been really down on him but he's changing my mind.

Could this be the year that "people are people" and "players are players"?

The irony is that if you've ever played a sport, been in the military, been in a close nit sales team, church group, etc you would know that none of that stuff matters.  It's usually people on the "outside" that make an issue of it.  But your brother is your brother and your sister is your sister - no matter skin color, race, culture, creed, etc.  At the end of the day, it's that simple.

Imagine what the world would be like if everyone who has ever played sports continued living iife like they were back in the locker room?  It's what makes sports SO GREAT.  It's truly a beautiful thing to see everyone come togeher and like you said, brothers are brothers, sisters are sisters...no matter what. it's also one of the reasons I wish the NFL and other sports would stay clear of any social/political messaging.  Let sports be sports.  Let sports be the one thing that brings us together.  Sports are the ultimate uniter.

What's so ironic to me is that in the locker room, you rag on your buddies and teammates, and that's one of the biggest things that brings you together.  Hell, I'm still in huge group chats with old teammates and we still just rip on each other...it's what keeps us close.

I'm always reminded of this scene from Gran Torino.  There's a respect in the old fashioned way of talking trash to each other.

There's something really wrong with our society and there's a large group of people in power who want to continue dividing us.  Those people want us in segregated locker rooms and no longer want men's and women's locker rooms.  If the working class people who actually make the world go round would wag a big middle finger to them and treat the world like our old locker rooms, so many issues would go away.

Good Morning….in 2 weeks the Philadelphia Eagles will have their 2nd Lombardi Trophy.

Have a great day!

yup

My coworker’s a huge Cowboys fan. My goal is to get him to end up taking a half day… if he shows up.

We actually already have him and more in Reddick ... although I mean, Reddick must not be that good because he's not a finalist for Defensive Player of the Year lmao

Funny thing, was reading an article that said the Eagles only got 3 sacks (which was very un-Eagles like).....article didn't take into account that the Niners didn't pass but like 3 times once the QB's were destroyed lmao Hard to get sacks when the other team can't run pass plays.

For the betting guys here.  Why does it matter what the spread is right now?   From what I read on here, Chiefs were up 1.5 now the Eagles are 2.0.  Why does it matter 2 weeks out? It's going to continue to fluxuate.  Are there people losing sleep over the point spread changing by the minute?  So much I don't understand about the sports betting world.

The Bengals getting a stupid penalty to move the Chiefs into easy FG range would make for an awful offseason.

Getting destroyed 49er style would be easier to live with.

The Bengals, up 4, gave up a TD drive in the SB to lose a championship.
Somehow the following year's loss to the Chiefs might be worse.

Wanted to say how thrilled for Miles I am. I thought he played great against the Giants but didn’t get rewarded with a TD. I know he probably didn’t care since we were killing them, but I’m glad he got to pay dirt twice yesterday.

Any updates on Dickerson?

I really do think you can make a case for Lane being a top three greatest player in this team’s history. Guy is just unbelievable.

We're so lucky to have him and Kelce at the same time.

He's certainly making a strong case for his future here.

Definitely making it easier when Miles leaves for a big FA contract after this season. Gainwell + Scott + Mid round RB should get it done next season.
