Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

Lol what a joke

PFF is a joke.   No surprise with that name... just add the T.   PFFT.

Where is Hassan Reddick on this list?  He's the guy that changed the game with two huge plays.  Just pathetic how people look to them for some sort of insight.  Their rankings almost never match 'the eye test'.    Bosa was a non-factor, Reddick was the game changer.

Hassan Reddick is the new Rodney Dangerfield.

Early take, but I like our roster and abilities vs KC.

I said before the SF game that the game will turn in the trenches. It did. O Line moved people outa the way all day.

Mailata destroyed Bosa on that unbalanced line play, probably broke his heart. Never heard Bosa's name again. Riddick all over the backfield, no answer for him.

His ability to get home aided by the strong rush by the rest of the boys. This one was Riddick's...who's next up? All of em.

Game plan seemed designed to protect Jalen for one more week, keep him out of trouble and rely on the backs and Just Win.

Kid couldn't help himself though, had to run for a first now and again...:showoff:

San Fran will continue to complain Refs were Philly Homeboys but not really. They played dirty, lost focus, became frustrated and cut their own throats with unnecessary penalties. So bad, so sad. Thanks Williams. Trade you for Wallace any day...

These guys aren't afraid of the Chiefs, gonna plant Mahomes a few times, stuff their "run" game. Secondary on point.

This is what we wait for...#1 vs #1, All the Marbles...who's got the moxie?

What a Great Time to be wearing Eagles Gear. Arizona here we come...:Eagle_smiley:

49ers playcalling was very questionable. I thought he was supposed to be innovative?

Seemed like Gannon did too because when everyone knew they were running he still gave a little cushion

When they lost Johnson I figured they'd let someone else at least attempt to throw the ball. Also amazed they didn't go wildcat

It was very surprising

The best tweet I saw posted last night was the one where the Niners DT got road-graded about 8-10 yards down the field on that double-team by Mailata and Dickerson.  Something like that has to be demoralizing

He had 2 quarterbacks.  They got knocked out.  That's the goal of the pass rush and the responsibility of pass protection.

I always find it funny how players who have heard a full ass stadium sing a simple song probably 100+ times struggle with it. Even Trent Cole at the end of his career struggled with it.

Reading the 49ers sub and they are acting like if Purdy doesn't get injured they win the game easily. Pure delusion.  Purdy wasn't doing anything against that defense yesterday.

The cope by these 9er fans is delicious.

I just love the manner in which we won, physically kicked the ish out of them in every way.

Lets not forget the 9ers OL also got Jimmy G injured too. At least Trey Lance's injury was on a designed run, but he was also taking a ton of hits prior to his injury.

That can't be true, I was told numerous times leading up to this game that the 49ers had a really really good OL.

What positions/groups are the Chiefs better than the Eagles?

QB

TE

P

Anywhere else?

Maybe S and LB.  LB depends on if you consider Reddick a LB or Edge.

Charlie Weis whining that the Niners got the short end of the stick from the officials.  Love it.  Every one of those calls were shown on replay to be valid, but complain away.

Is he still even relevant?  Shouldn't he be focused on his job putting grocery carts back into the front of the store from the parking lot?

Hurts definitely did not have his best game, but just the threat of his running ability took Fred Warner out of the game. There was that play towards the end of the 2nd with Warner standing flat footed for a solid 3 seconds, just watching Hurts while Gainwell was already 5 yards up the field.

Dude looked like he fell asleep, but that's the risk you take when you spy.

Bet this is a proud mama. Cool jersey too.

The other problem with Kern, to my untrained eye, is that he takes forever to get the ball off his foot. Seems like > half of his punts are in danger of being blocked.

The stopwatch doesn’t back up that assertion. Believe me, I’ve checked. He’s definitely slower than Siposs but he’s not slower than your average NFL punter. For example the Giants guy is slower.

But yeah, I hope to never see Kern in an Eagles uniform again. Everything is a low line drive. It was almost comical watching the 49ers return man lining up so deep, like they were facing a normal punter. It’s like they didn’t bother to watch film to realize he just never hits it that far.

Also, I don’t expect us to punt much in the Super Bowl, so there’s that.

I have so much respect for Kittle. Really great player that just loves playing the game. As much as I hated the Niners yesterday, I can't help but feel bad for someone like him. Tough way to end a season. Same for someone like Jamar Chase and the way that game ended.

I saw some Baldy breakdowns earlier, but not sure if this one was posted.

But Trent Williams had the best game of the entire matchup.

But the 49ers got all the calls... it had nothing to do with the coaching or the talent.   49ers were somehow robbed, rather than dominated.
