I always find it funny how players who have heard a full ass stadium sing a simple song probably 100+ times struggle with it. Even Trent Cole at the end of his career struggled with it.

Haha...as long as they can learn the Playbook...they get a Pass on the Song...

Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

The cope by these 9er fans is delicious.

I just love the manner in which we won, physically kicked the ish out of them in every way.

This isn’t being talked about enough.  For all the talk about how physically punishing it is to play San Fran, they were physically dominated on both sides of the ball.

Just imagine if Hurts goes off in the Super Bowl.  These two playoff wins at home he hasn’t been tasked with putting up big performances — the defense and OL have been doing the heavy lifting.  I’ll be fine with another 150 yard passing game if it means the Eagles dominate with the OL and DL again one more time

Hurts throwing for 150 and the team rushing for 300 is likely the clearest path to victory.

I saw some Baldy breakdowns earlier, but not sure if this one was posted.

To get 3 rushers to the QB at the same time is just pure dominance

Pretty impressive display of strength, too.  Bosa is built like a gorilla

And Mailata tossed him to the ground like a chimp.    Then he sat on him like a chump.

We need to talk about punter.  Mahomes can't be starting at the 40 every time we don't score.

Simple solution...

don't punt.

Big time. 49ers playcalling was questionable

Early take, but I like our roster and abilities vs KC.

I said before the SF game that the game will turn in the trenches. It did. O Line moved people outa the way all day.

Mailata destroyed Bosa on that unbalanced line play, probably broke his heart. Never heard Bosa's name again. Riddick all over the backfield, no answer for him.

His ability to get home aided by the strong rush by the rest of the boys. This one was Riddick's...who's next up? All of em.

Game plan seemed designed to protect Jalen for one more week, keep him out of trouble and rely on the backs and Just Win.

Kid couldn't help himself though, had to run for a first now and again...:showoff:

San Fran will continue to complain Refs were Philly Homeboys but not really. They played dirty, lost focus, became frustrated and cut their own throats with unnecessary penalties. So bad, so sad. Thanks Williams. Trade you for Wallace any day...

These guys aren't afraid of the Chiefs, gonna plant Mahomes a few times, stuff their "run" game. Secondary on point.

This is what we wait for...#1 vs #1, All the Marbles...who's got the moxie?

What a Great Time to be wearing Eagles Gear. Arizona here we come...:Eagle_smiley:

Reminds me of SB LII a lot.   The Eagles really were the more talented roster that year, except for the QB position.  Brady had the edge over Foles.  But everywhere else, it really could have been said that the Eagles had the advantage.   This year, I'd say the same thing.   KC gets the edge at QB with Mahomes over Hurts.  Neither one is really close to 100%, either.  But, the Eagles have the clear advantage at OL, DL, etc.  Maybe a slight edge to KC at TE, but I wouldn't want to live on the difference, and unlike Kelce, Goedert can be a force in the running game as well as the passing game.

I think this game should be another bully fest though.  Just let our OL feed on KC and let the DL pin their ears back on Mahomes.

Caught that Gannon interview last night where he declared that he was returning next year.

I'm guessing he'd already been given confirmation that HOU was hiring Demeco.

Would be pretty incredible if we can return a majority of the coaching staff.

Seemed like Gannon did too because when everyone knew they were running he still gave a little cushion

When they lost Johnson I figured they'd let someone else at least attempt to throw the ball. Also amazed they didn't go wildcat

It was very surprising

McCaffrey was the emergency QB, and he had a calf issue.   They just ran out of options.

Maybe LB.  Both Bolton and Gay are very good, but Gay was one of the players the Chiefs lost injured during the game.

Maybe this time have Mailata up front to lead the singing instead of Hurts.

What do you mean? They had Brian Griese on the sidelines doing nothing!

Love the Phillies, but that is an Emo song about a guy with no balls.

I expect not to hear about the lack of reps in the preseason next year.

I know there is some randomness to injuries, but the underlying approach has been unquestionably successful.

My thoughts, exactly.

Mahomes has never faced a D line with our tenacity and resolve. Depth across our roster will be a game changing metric. We bring it every play. If the Secondary holds up, it will be Mahomes Hero Ball or nothing. Sacks and Picks the order of the day.

Harass that dude. He's terrific, no doubt but he has to have somebody to throw to ....and TIME!

Took Kittle out of the game, we can do the same to Travis.

"Gannon in his basement mixing anti Travis Kelce potions..."

Doesn’t really fit this team though. We are the guy who’s getting taken home.

I've stated before I work with a big mush.

He predicted the NYG would beat the Eagles, didn't happen.

He predicted the Cowboys would beat the 49ers, didn't happen.

He predicted it would be a 49ers-Bengals SB, didn't happen.

I know this guy is going to tell me the Chiefs are winning it because he loves Mahomes.

Could be a good sign.

If he says Eagles are winning though then we're F e d.

I thought I saw somewhere that the OTs are allowed to move their outside foot so long as their inside foot remains in place.

I saw that mentioned in the Twitter thread following Parson’s tweet about it happening.

The follow up question should have been- :whose decision was it to put a TE out to Block Reddick on the play that resulted in Purdy getting hurt and giving the Eaqles the ball at mid field?   And how does he feel about that/them?

Love how Howie finally starts drafting high caliber SEC players and suddenly he reaches the Super Bowl

This is what is in my head... and the images fit this team.   Running game, smash mouth football and DL dominance.
