Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

Go on...

Well, the Chiefs pass a lot.  40+ times yesterday. So we'll want to beat KC with our front 4 and have 7 in coverage.  I would think LJ's role will be situational - rather than a cornerstone like versus the 9ers' running attack.

I thought Smith was too skinny and thought he'd get injured too much. He proved me wrong. Dude can take a hit and put up big numbers

Nobody gets obliterated and pops back up like Britain Covey though. A few times this year, I thought he'd be leaving in a wheelchair...but dude rose back up like the Undertaker.

Good. The Niners need their asses kicked again for that late game display.

Even worse, go back to the Sirianni hiring.

People insisted that the Eagles were stuck with him b/c no one else wanted the job. They refused to believe that Sirianni nailed it with his interview.

But reading about the decision, I had flashbacks to Andy Reid and his binder, he knew who he was going to hire when he was HC, with 2nd and 3rd choices lined up - and Sirianni had a similar level of preparation - and that's what I think sold them. Fans think in terms of Xs and Os, but you hire guys to do that - the most important the HC does is act as the COO of the team, and that requires a high level of organization and managerial skill.

Sirianni passed his tests with flying colors.

Yeah but he was kinda inarticulate during his introductory press conference, so he was obviously a ridiculous hire.

Look at that young HOFer

Watching the replay.

Just got to Reddick's strip.

This game would have been even more of a blowout if they didn't blow the damn whistle on the fumble that they ruled a forward pass.  Linval definitely gets SOME yards on that (but no way he gets all the way home as it is like watching a barn with legs run).

Real shortcoming too coming up next (commercial break) when we don't get ish off of that TO.  Feels worse the 2nd time around lol.

Would it be that crazy?  Does he have 2 punts left?

The corpse of Ray Guy could get a punt off quicker and send it farther than Kern

That 2nd sack was SOOO close to a fumble.  VERY lucky there was no contact to the QB head call.

Not an update but promising nonetheless.

No rich takers on getting me to Philly then... 😉

The salary cap just went up. He is one I'd pay. Draft a CB.

New EMB.  Who dis?

Looking back at the 2017 Super Bowl run...

Foles had 969 yards of total offense and 6 TD's, completed 72.6% of his passes, and averaged 323 yards of total offense per game.

Hurts so far has 348 yards of total offense, 4 total TD's, completing 63.6% of his passes, and is averaging 174 yards of total offense per game.

In the NFCCG and Super Bowl, Foles passed for 352 and 373 yards respectively, both more than Hurts total offense through 2 playoff games.

Major props because if you had to name one weakness of his it'd have to be tackling.

I don't know if he's stepping it up due to the importance of tackling well as a safety,  or if it was just because of the importance of that game.

Hope it becomes a regular thing.

Couldnt have had a much easier path to the bowl
