I prefer Broderick Jones, who fits the Stoutland athletic O-lineman better.  Tommy Lawlor did a profile on Dawand Jones and Michigan’s Ryan Hayes on igglesblitz.com.  Hayes fits the Stoutland mold better as well.

Doesn't it seem weird that the 49ers can't get a QB to stay healthy?  It's probably the one missing piece. 

I wasn't sold on Purdy.  Maybe he becomes consistently good over time.  If they somehow got Brady to be a 49er then it's most likely they are coming out of the NFC next year.

No, we actually don't. At least not for this year. They activated his 21 window on 01/04/23 and didn't activate him. He's done for the year. 

I'm guessing Sills will get cut and Opeta will be brought back to the active roster.

Odd.  Nothing from the team or the beat.  I would assume with charges just being filed this was probably an unknown situation.  At least I hope so.

Jimmy G almost seems made of glass. The guy can't get enough seasons without a relatively major injury so it's not very surprising.

Purdy is a long shot for next season considering his recovery time takes him into next season which means that Trey will probably be the starter again. If he gets injured again they're probably cursed lol

Possibly, but if Lance has a terrible year I think Shanahan/Lynch might panic and bring in a veteran vs hoping a 7th round pick who hasn't played in over a year is the answer. That roster is too good to waste.
