Top priority on defense for sure.

Besides making sure Gannon isn't back.  Guy did a good job overall all season but he sucks vs good QBs.

Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

Next season will be a let down. Every SB loser has a let down season. Expect mediocrity. This year was a gift.

That’s what makes this worse. KC will mostly be in final 4 again. But depending on how this division shapes up with commodes getting new ownership they may be lucky to win division.

I would not be quick to allow everyone on the defensive line to leave. We just need a better coordinator. Obviously some will have to go, but I’d try to being back Hargrave. Without him we have nothing at DT. Honestly, I don’t think we can just assume Jordan Davis will be anything special. And he was awful tonight btw.

Maybe we can start the Howie sucks threads again 🙂

I completely disagree that he was restricted.

Gibbs would be great, but I think we need to use that pick at a position of greater value.

There are a lot of good mid round RBs this year, so unless we can get good value through a trade I wouldn’t draft him there.

Might end up trading back with that pick and maybe one of them falls early in the second if we're lucky enough. But yeah, too many holes to plug. A lot will come down to Jalen's extension and what we do in FA.

Very good qbs and Dak

I think we didn't really.face any of the good afc qbs till today. Allen, Burrow, Herbert maybe would have torched this punk a** soft zone scheme.

Both lines were supposed to be advantage Eagles and it was the other way around.  I ahven't seen Hurts have that much pressure on him up the middle in a long time.  He was being chased far too much.  Bad on both sides.

I thought the OL pass blocked great tonight. Chris Jones didn’t do squat. Hurts still has a penchant for darting to the sideline too quickly. He’s not really comfortable managing a pocket. He needs to improve there.

Did they follow up wtih why he didn't throw the flag until the ball hit the ground?

Bengals lost in 2021 then made AFCCG in 2022

Chiefs lost in 2020 then made AFCCG in 2021

Patriots lost in 2017 then won in 2018.

Falcons lost in 2016 then Nearly beat us in the divisional round in 2017

I wouldn’t go with "every”

Nice player but I just want a tougher runner than Gibbs. Gainwell is great at the number two gig. Wish we got him the ball even more tonight in hindsight. Sanders, geezus, talk about a bad game. The only play he had that looked good got flagged and called back, surprising.

I can’t blame the refs. The thing I’m most annoyed about is the wasted timeout. We have 40 seconds to get a fg and it was wasted on a delay of game. We also had 0 urgency on the last drive. We should have been aggressive but we were waiting till the clock was almost at 0 to snap the ball.

Yup.  Horrible clock management all game in terms of getting plays in on time, they were up against the play clock all game.  Bit them hard multiple times.

He’s been awful since putting on a green jersey, but we are going to chalk that up to a mid year injury.  The physical ability is there and he was a stud in college.  But he just stands up out of his stance and doesn’t move most of the time.

There was constant LB pressure up the middle and Carlos Dunlap appeared to find the fountain of youth tonight.

Bengals didnt.

I'm not sure what they were expecting. "Yeah, we completely blew that call and ruined the Super Bowl."

It does seem the Birds have no answer for when Hurts needs to roll to his left. I know it’s difficult to throw, but the chiefs were very deliberate in making hurts roll out to the left.

I think Gibbs would be perfect for the #1 back in a rotation. He’s a matchup nightmare. Then grab a cheaper FA or mid-late round guy who is more of a power back.

Eagles are 1-2 in Super Bowls wearing Midnight Green.  Time for a new era of Kelly Green.

Bad twist of that ankle early in the game.  I thought he finished for the game when it happened.

A lot of guys here are down on us next year. We'll see how the offseason pans out but I'm quietly optimistic about another strong playoff run.

Maybe it's just me but it seems like the Eagles WR are terrible at scramble drills.  There doesn't seem to ever be a WR coming back or breaking the direction Hurts is scrambling to.  Something they need to work on.

He doesn’t have the arm strength to make those throws.  It is what it is.
