The middle of the defensive line was majorly disappointing. Big concern for me going into the off-season.

The interior of KC's OL is really really good to be fair.

Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

Yep, this was PM and the refs went with it

I think if you watched again you’d see Sweat had a nice game. He’s the reason Mahomes had such an off throw on that "penalty” by Bradberry.

Eh I’d argue ossai who’s lesser of a player had much more success generating pressure vs. Orlando brown than sweat. Sweat had 1 Qb hit tonight. I will disagree he had a nice game. He might have a good play or two but if you asked the chiefs how Orlando brown held up against sweat and graham, they’d say he passed with flying colors.

My biggest fear with the defense this season, despite how well they played, was I think we all knew in the back of our mind that they didn’t play any killer quarterbacks. They got one in Mahomes tonight and you saw what happened. And I think the same would have happened against Burrow and Allen.

It's always been the Achilles heel with Gannon was getting torched against good QBs. We have the talent to make up for it but he calls absolutely putrid games when the DL can't do all the work for him.

Silver lining is we have a culture where players like Bradberry take accountability even if it was ticky tack instead of whining weeks later.

Hard to be disappointed in the team. They played great. Even with a loss im so happy for Reid. He deserved to go down as one of the best to ever coach.

These are two pressures off the top of my head from Sweat.

That garbage cost $800,000. That’s the most depressing stat of the night.

The NFL completely negated the Eagles pass rush with that field.

Reddick looked like he was running on a slip n slide most of the game.

His very first run pissed me off, he bounce. It twice instead of just hitting the hole and loses a yard, Biggest game of his life and he comes out twinkle toes the very first game.

No way I want him re signed, gainwell and Scott showed up Sanders was small

I'm a fan of Sanders, but coming up small tonight is really putting it lightly. He was abysmal and a complete non factor and barley played. I want a more physical back as the #1. I know it would never happen nor should it I guess.  But man, imagine Bijan Robinson in there as the #1 RB with Gainwell as the change up?

And they were so proud, growing the field for two years... It was complete garbage to play a game on.

Charbonnet in RD2 would be a great complement to Gainwell.

Sanders. Best of luck in FA.

Probably good for avoiding injuries - as nobody can get their foot stuck in the ground.  Bad for football though...

knew that going into the game. I would argue their Interior oline is actually better than the Eagles. thuney and creed are all pros. Kelce is an all pro. But thuney at this stage of his career is still better than Dickerson. Smith would’ve been a first or second rounder if not for other issues. I love seumalo but smith is as good and i think smith just is more talented.

where the eagles had to dominate was the tackle positions. I thought sweat and reddick were not a little better but significantly better brown and Wylie. If we are being honest Wylie and brown got the better of sweat, reddick and graham.

I think the offense can be back on track next year.  Might need to replace Seamulo and Sanders but it's more than doable.

Defense might have to undergo some big changes.  I'm honestly done with Gannon.  Hope Arizona hires him.

I know it's asking alot but they need to get younger, faster and more physical on defense.  Hoping Davis, Dean and Milton Williams can step into bigger roles next year.  Definitely need to bring back CGJ.  Slay is solid but he's getting older.  The 2 first round picks almost have to be defense.

I'm warming up to the idea of drafting a stud RB just because in today's NFL defense is almost non existent so why not just build the best offense one can?

I've never even seen Robinson play, I don't really follow college ball but pairing a stud RB with hurts would give defenses a lot to think about

Also having a 3rd WR who doesn't give up on routes would be nice...😒

OK those are 2 plays and one doesn’t even go into his stat line due to the penalty. theyre 51 other plays the chiefs ran. If you were going to tell me he did well for two plays and that’s a nice game then i don’t know what to tell you.

If you ask the Kansas City Chiefs before this game if Josh sweat had zero sacks, and 1 Qb hit vs. Orlando Brown would they consider that a massive success? They’d say hell yeah.  You can sugarcoated any way you want i wouldn’t call 1 tackle, 1 pressure/Qb hit a nice game

Hope that was his TV😳

That penalty though made me feel the same way, my TV is still intact though....

I'm not in love with Zach, though I do like him. He just seems to be a little bit of a plodder and lumber a little bit, maybe because of his size. I do really like Zach Evans and Israel Abanikanda. Both hit the hole hard and bring the physicality I'm looking for.

Couldn’t have been more wrong about Hurts coming into this season and I couldn’t have been happier to be wrong. I’ll choose to remember his performance tonight over anything. He’s a fighter and did enough to win that game.

but the coaches didn't

abysmal failure on their part

I honestly hope Steichen and Gannon take jobs elsewhere, go let them fail elsewhere

Eagles lost this game in the trenches.  The Chiefs’ DL was a little better than the Eagles’ OL.  The Eagles’ RBs averaged about 2.5 yards per carry; very little push or open holes to run through.  The Chiefs’ OL hammered the Eagles DL all game.  Eagles had no sacks, barely any hits or even pressures on Mahomes.  Chiefs’ RBs averaged better than 5 yards per carry.

The Chiefs best hope for a win was a track meet, and that’s what they created.  The Eagles defense was lousy tonight, and scheme was not the culprit.  They got beat man-to-man, all game long.  This loss was on the players.

Both of those easy KC TDs down in the red zone decided the game.  Great work by Andy Reid to see tendencies on film and exploit them.  Slay and Maddox weren’t even in the same area code as the Chiefs players danced into the end zone.  Either they were blown assignments, or the DBs didn’t switch like they were supposed to.  Either way — Andy ate their lunches.

Chiefs are the best team in the world at shootouts and they won another one tonight.
