Much respect.

Drugs and alcohol have completely derailed my journey.

Wish I had never been exposed to it.

My parents did me no favors.

Both addicts.

Thanks

Sorry it's been a struggle for you  that really sucks.

My wives brothers were drug addicts

My moms dad was an alcoholic I've been lucky  I've never really been exposed to it and also never really had the desire at all.

I will say this though, pot gummies during chemo saved my life.

Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

I get the argument against not trading up, in time I might even agree with it as the best course of action.

But feeling how I'm feeling right now, I can't help but feel that if we had a true force multiplier on D, we win.

Imo and maybe people disagree, but i think the bigger issue is gannon’s scheme and game planning. This isn’t just a one year thing. When they didn’t have talent, I could understand you play the Chiefs and give up 42 points in 2021. The Eagles loaded up on talent this year. This might be the most talent we’ve had on defense since the Super Bowl year. Heck probably more talented overall. Yet still manage kd to give up 31 points in 24 mins of possession and 53 snaps. It  likely should’ve been more if Harrison butker made his field goal and the Chiefs wanted to just punch it in late. It really could’ve been 40.

I think the Eagles have more talent on defense than the Cincinnati Bengals. The difference between the Eagles and the Bengals was that the Bengals defensive coordinator had a much better game plan with his talent and put them in a better position.

some of this is just the players didn’t play well. However, when it’s routinely against the better Qbs in the league and you have a lot of defensive talent on the roster, then i start looking at the guy scheming up the game plan

I have been hesitant to jump on the fire Gannon train, but this made it obvious. He can't get it done against good QBs.

Damn y’all

Pot eddies are really medicinal and amazing. They should readily available to everyone.

They are far superior to opiates imo

I grew up with addiction all around me.

Refereed my parents while they drunkenly and druggedly beat each other. Wouldn't wish that on anyone. My formative years were horrible. I shouldn't make excuses, but it was real bad.

Sorry didn't mean to be a downer

Seems Reddick was doubled a lot, couple plays he was used as a spy other times Gannon dropped him🤷‍♂️ give KC credit though they didnt single block him with a back up TE

Sweat his first pass rush I thought he was gonna at least hit mahommes, he had a great get off had the OT beat them turning the corner slipped.

Sure the field affected both teams but the eagles strength in D is their pass rush and the field conditions totally took a strength and neutralized it.

Like I said if I was watching on a black and white TV I would have assumed they were playing in snow, it was so slippery and that's always going to benefit the offense.

Reddick was doubled a lot. They used tight end to block him at times but it wasn’t the backup it was kelce who also got some help

I think one of the biggest difference in this game was that the Chiefs interior oline was significantly better than the Eagles interior defensive line. Because of that, you really needed sweat and Redick to play at a higher level. Considering their matchups going into the game, the Eagles would’ve taken it especially after watching the chiefs bengals game. But after watching and just finishing watching this game again, Orlando Brown and Wylie were better for the majority of the game. I have to give reid credit cause i thought reddick and sweat had a chance entering the game to really make life tougher on mahomes

Imagine what Spags could have done tonight with the Eagles D

Rewatching the South Park 25th Anniversary Concert at Red Rocks makes last night's loss more palatable

He's a guy you keep for the long haul.

I am not saying they should fire Gannon. But I’m not gonna be upset if he goes to Arizona to be HC.

The thing that bothers me with Gannon is this, I watched Jim Schwartz for 5 years. Yes, Schwartz gave up 33 points in the Super Bowl. But I also saw Jim Schwartz with lesser talented defenses slow down some of the better offenses they faced. They played a Saints team in the divisional round and gave up 20 points. And that team was decimated on defense. I look at Gannon and say he had all 11 starters from the start of the season out there; one of the most talented defensive rosters we’ve had in quite some time. And yet every time we play good offenses/QBs, they get shredded. I don’t think it’s the lack of talent. They aren’t perfect but every time they face a good offense they give up 30-40 points.

In my opinion the mark of a great defensive coordinator is when you don’t have all the talent and guys are missing, but you find ways to still be highly affective against bad, mediocre, and even good offense. Gannon has yet to show with talent or with losing talent he has a formula for slowing down some of the better offenses

Lol that Tubi commercial was messed up, my wife looked at me all panicky because she had the remote, I just stared confusingly until the game came in but yeah I'm sure lots of people sweating over that stupid commercial

Tubi should be fined...

It caught me off guard for half a second but I was at a bar and every TV changed so it ruined the bit, but I understand how terrible that must have been for people.

I was at a sports pub, pretty good size place.  When that happened the whole place went "Ohhhhhh, what are you doing?" thinking the bartender changed the channel.  Place got restless for a few seconds before someone yelled out it's just a commercial 😄😄

Haven’t gone back to watch the Eagles offense against the Chiefs. But just based off the first time I watched it I think Spags sold out to stop the run. he was going to make Jalen hurts have to use his arm to beat him. And Jalen hurts damn near did it.

that said, I think another issue that Gannon has is he’s comfortable with what he knows and I’m not sure he maximizes the talent he has to what they do best. He’s gonna run what he’s comfortable with and his defense.

No worries man, takes my mind off the eagles loss, that game wrecked me...I'm gutted, Gannon effin gutted me

Sorry about your parents, sounds like a crappy deal...

Agree about the opiates, I had plenty of opiates when on chemo and the withdrawal and side effects were awful.

Medicinal and recreational pot use is still illegal in KS, they're working on it but it's frustrating that there are still too many in KS legislation fighting it.

One of these days hopefully soon it will be available legally.

I'm legitimately sad after this loss. It's rough.

Some thoughts on the future...

-- For me at QB, it's clutch over almost everything. Hurts is the guy. Emphatically so.

-- Conversely, Gannon is not that guy. I will never forgive him fully for this. A disgraceful performance.

-- Let Bradberry walk. The 49ers entire game plan seemed to hinge on exposing Bradberry. He was turned around multiple times in this game. He's a smart player, but I don't want him older and slower.

-- Among the other free agents, CJGJ is the most valuable. Not many guys in the league can give you what he gives you.

While Hargrave is a stud, I can't help but think his likely AAV will be a net negative to this team. Sign another FA with that money.

The drop off from Epps to Blankenship isn't much. No interest in Edwards or White on a LT deal. Stats be damned, Sanders can hit the road.

-- Howie gets another shot at rebuilding a SB caliber team. He can't get sentimental, but he must also understand that bringing in the right guys on and off the field matters. No more Michael Bennetts or Golden Tates. But if that player with the right profile is there, don't cry about picking him over Hargrave, etc.

-- I keep telling myself you can't have studs at every position. But imagine for one minute that Quez was actually useful at anything other than running fast in a straight line? I don't think a top 60-something pick on a legit WR3 would be egregious in the least

We don't get to choose our parents.

They both would have been UDFAs 🤣

NC is behind the curve too

Sucks you have to go black market for eddies

Sanders - See Ya

Edwards - See Ya

White - See Ya

Bradberry - See Ya

Hargrave - 50/50

Cox/Graham - Try to bring back on reduced salary

CJGJ - Must Re-sign

Quez - Must be replaced.

The problem at corner is I’m not so sure you are gonna get the slay we saw earlier in the year next year. throughout the year he wasn’t nearly as good as he was at the start. He’s 32. I think bradberry is fine as the no. 2 corner. I  think if you have him as your top corner that you are gonna be in trouble. Problem is I’m not so sure at 32 that slay is capable of being a no. 1 corner for much longer. We really need to draft a corner high and likely hope mcphearson or jobe can become a no. 2.

This guts the f out of me because it's what I'd they didn't call a BS penalty...Philies lost and I said OK the Eagles won't let us down. We don't have crap now.

I had such high hopes for Watkins this year,he played so well to end the season prior in the loss to the playoff loss to the bics but this year he just seemed unfocused and uninterested

If he doesn't slow up after his break he scores that TD, instead fur since stupid reason he comes out if his break and slows up then has to accelerate to catch up to the pass that bounces off his fingers

He runs all the way through that route that ball is right on the money and he walks into the end zone.

Super disappointed in him if he's not back it's not much of a loss, need someone more reliable there, not a guy that's going to half ass it because he doesn't get 10 targets a game.

Jobe is more likely than McPhearson IMO but probably would give Jalen Mills-like results.

Yeah they absolutely need youth at CB. Doesn't necessarily have to be #10, but somewhere in the top 2 rounds for sure. Look for another value band-aid in FA.

Sanders— gone

seumalo— unfortunately gone due to price

white— gone

bradberry— i think is gone due to wanting a last payday

Hargrave— id bring him back

cox— gone. Love him for his time he but it’s time to move on.

graham— I’d bring back depending on his price. As a Chris long type of role he’s perfect for it.

CJGJ— extend him

Epps— gone. I think Blankenship can eventually get to that type of level.

Quez— gonna be back. Look in the middle rounds for his replacement or maybe a veteran chancing a ring.

Kelce— i think he’s back.

Gay Fish with Trey, Matt, Primus, and Ween at Red Rocks might be the cure.

Don't think it's the drugs talking lol

Agree but none of that matters if Gannon is back. He won't get fired cause it will be PM did it not his crap calls.
