The league wants the best product on the field. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't allow that grass again

And all that paint, who evers idea that was needs to be fired and flogged

Taking slippery grass and covering it in paint made an oil slick, just a bad look.

Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

Is it a penalty to push/drag/carry an opposing player into the endzone? Eagles clearly we're trying to let McKinnon score and held up from being near him at the end but he was smart enough to slide at the one. I wonder if someone were able to tie them up at the 5ish yard line and just walk and shove him in for a TD.

It could easily be done ..... if there are any tacklers in the vacinity.

The Eagles should have sold a bit more effort on that play IMO; McKinnon saw what was going on and made the correct play, but a hard pursuit could have absolutely pushed him in.

Dan Orlovsky pointed this very concept out this morning. Unfathomable Gannon didn’t adjust.

It’s not that unfathomable. Literally every person who’s talked about Gannon from sheil, solak, didinger, Ross tucker, inside the birds players and there’s more have all said Gannon is stubborn in what he does. He’s gonna do what he’s comfortable with and knows. Didinger stated leading up to the game that was one of his biggest fears is Gannon not adjusting and think he could just have the same game plan vs. as last year but his personnel would be better to allow for more success.  Gannon never been quick with in game adjustments, brought this up back around the Texans game

Quez Watkins poorly tracking that ball and then dropping it is such an underrated play in the game and will eventually be forgotten by most because of the hold and Hurts’ fumble.

I liked Quez but a role player playing a big hand in two of our 4 losses this year is a bad look.

Quez is neither a batman or robin. He is two-faced though.

Made one play this year against Minnesota deep and that felt like his only impact play all year. Think he had a nice third down catch in one of the Giants games as well. I had hopes for him coming into the year being surrounded by three other ace targets in Brown, Smith, and Goedert, but he's not the guy. Can't fight for balls and probably cost them the second Dallas game and possibly an extra four points last night. He came up small every time they needed him the last month and a half of the season.

Greg Ward isn't an NFL WR.

I’d probably say he is on a bad or mediocre team. But on a championship team probably don’t want him on active roster or at best a 5th wr

No. Joker. Playing tricks on our feelings

Yes they all played in the same surface and the chiefs pass rush without blitzing didn't do jack either and it was more detrimental to the eagles D than it was the chiefs for the simple reason being the eagles D are dependant on getting pressure with 4 and dropping 7, they not only lead the league in sacks but had the most sacks from 4 man pressures as well take that away due to the field And the eagles D is very average, take that away from The chiefs against hurts and it's not as big   a deal as most teams mush rush hurts on the edge anyway.

That field surface hurt the eagles more than it hurt the chiefs due to scheme.

Am a whiner sure probably will be for a while, sorry☹️ did Eagles make mistakes? Sure. But in my opinion not enough to lose the game, the biggest mistake of that game was the horrible field.

Okay Ute. Take a breath.

We're all pissed, or hung over, or just plain exhausted but the field was not the turning point in this game, in any respect.

First half vs Second half, what changed?

Schemes, not field conditions...Right?

No.

Interesting. Maybe I'm overthinking the ability to pull something off like that. It's just every time in these situations it looks like the defense is treating the player like a punt that's rolling. Even when Todd Gurley accidently scored that one time he kind of just fell in instead of being pushed in.

He had zero interest as a FA this past year and signed a pity deal with the team.  He was eventually released and ended up on our PS.  Zero of 32 teams think he should be on a roster.

Trouble is the defense is trying to let them score, and therefore aren't close enough to actually get behind him and push him forward.  Would be hard to do.

Stop. dude. Here's the field, put on the right tires and let's wheel. Our D Line couldn't get home because their O Line had better traction?

Playing field levelled...who wants it.

You f'ing stop cause I'm not. It isn't level if they are using different techniques and our D depends on the outside pressure

Reddick slipped on at least 5 plays where he beat Wylie.

You wonder too how that ended up affecting rushes where he didn’t fall. It’s like a pitcher who can’t locate his fastball so he has to take a few miles per hour off it to get it over the plate.

According to Doc S*** on the forum none of that matters

Sorry.

"Pulls shirt open" here's my heart, shoot!

Like I said, a tough loss has Eagles Fans sniping at each other...San Fran at least snipes at their executioner...

The field definitely affected the pass rush, but the Eagles had the better roster so they should've been able to adjust and win in other ways. What did we say about the Eagles all season? They can beat you in so many ways.

It affected the Eagles more because the Chiefs won in the trenches, so the Chiefs ran the ball better and had more 2nd and 3rd and shorts. And Spags adjusted on defense, which Gannon didn't do.

At the end of the day, the overall challenge is to be better next year.

Not to find a way to bring everyone back.

Be better.

He is right!  Did we not see players slipping all over? The d line wasn't effective in neither the first or second half. No sacks! Use your eyes they even looked noticibley slow.

No "at least" for San Fran. What they have been doing is beyond embarrassing.

I still believe we could beat any team in so many ways and that our roster was better

We should have won that game but we didn't

Lmao

I've never wanted to lose a coordinator more.

If I'm them it would be Lou all way. Maybe Gannon will fool them like he did us in his interview.
