I have a bit of a feeling the Titans somehow upset the Jaguars next week.

The line at JAX -6.5 makes me thing the Jags are going to smash them though, which wouldn't be surprising.

Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

Titans-Jags has the most playoff implications... but its Titans-Jags.  Talk about a nothing game.  Will that game draw flies?

That's the no brainer SNF game.  Winner takes the division, loser goes home.

Stick Eagles and Cowboys games at 1 PM.  Stick games that matter for making the playoffs at 4 like Seattle-Rams and Lions-Packers.

Happy to not know who Breland is

I think you might have misunderstood unless you think taking a shot at Wentz is divisive and inaccurate. Wentz_Era's boy is Wentz not Minshew to whom I am guessing you thought I was referring. This game is on the coaches as I posted early on, not Minshew.

You don't know his history.  So... yeah, divisive and inaccurate.  You were taking at a shot at @Wentz_Era.  Someday you might learn his history, but that's up to him to share, not me.

Great news

Circling back to this...

Sous vide is such a glorious cooking method to make just about every cut of steak into a beautiful and tender piece of meat.   And I was first informed about it here in the blog.

A decent sous vide machine runs only about $125 now, which is extremely affordable, especially if you like tender, delicious steak and can't always afford the 'good cuts' all the time.   The savings in meat cost more than makes up the cost of the device in a single year of use!

Got one as a wedding gift...it's life changing!

Best way to cook turkey breast!   Never dry, always juicy... turkey now is something we eat throughout the year.  So good.

Yep. It certainly has its use for some harder to cook meats or random things

It's not about Hurts telling him he messed up.  You would hope he could say, hey in the games I played in this year, I noticed these tendencies.  AJ likes the ball thrown here or make sure your cadence is tightened up.  Any sort of support would can go a long way.

He looked like he didn't even want to be there.

Idk, man. You don’t think they’ve already talked about where A.J. likes the ball? They don’t have all week to look at tendencies? They don’t have coaches to coach?

And maybe Jalen didn’t want to be there. Or...maybe... He wanted to be playing.. and looked unhappy because he’s injured, and is watching his MVP season get pissed away.

Idk, but I’d say one is just as likely as the other. Not necessarily you, but there are some guys in here that just want to find things to complain about when it comes to Hurts.

what was he supposed to be doing? Smiling? Laughing? Then he’d get accused of not caring that they are losing. I just think it’s a little silly to assume Jalen Hurts just doesn’t care about the team all the sudden because of facial expressions caught on camera: it’s a weird flex, is all.

Oh, there's a chance.

I wouldn't say then it's likely. But not sure the whole world wants to see Lawrence against Tannehill or Willis on primetime. It could go to Lions-Packers.

How do you all know Hurts didn't give advice to Minshew because you didn't see it on the sidelines?

Maybe he talked to him at half and was brushed off. Everyone isn't receptive to constructive criticism.

It’s not about giving Minshew advice, it’s about leadership, energy, pumping your guys up.  It is not about looking like it is an inconvenience to you that you had to be on the sidelines.

Say what you want about Wentz, after a short bout of being down after the injury, he was rah rah and fully engaged on the sidelines.

dates and times for next week are out but sounds like Monday we'll know what teams are playing when

Agree on everything you said.  I was just making the observation/statement about how it looked as the game unfolded.  How many games do you see an injured starting QB in the ear of the backup or talking to coaches.  Hell, Hurts HAS been like that before that's why it stuck out even more today.  In the past when he's missed games, I can recall him being more involved during the game.

Coined a phrase last night.

When my brother questioned my bourbon drinks watching the UGA game.

'Alcoholics don't get hangovers. Only reminders to drink again.'

After today is safe to say the wrong decision was made for backup QB. It should have been Carson Strong.

You haven't been around here long.  I forgive your ignorance and stupidity.

Changing the subject.  I need to see more from Jordan Davis.

Did our pick even move from the Saints?  Seems like if we won they would still be at pick 10.  Obviously next week changes all that

Underwhelming is an overstatement

There’s gonna be two Saturday games totally forgot.

He’ll honestly probably be fine to play next week.  They may hold him out as a precaution.

Jordan Davis has 8 tackles on the year.  Kenny Pickett has 2.
