I can’t really think of an option that doesn’t directly affect at least one other team. For example, a tie would give the Bengals the division title and that would directly affect the Ravens.

In the end of the day, the league will aim for the least amount of disruption combined with the greatest level of fairness reasonably attainable for all teams. Far as I can tell that means just going with cancelling the game.

Eh, again those teams had no control over the outcome of this game going into it though so I don't see why they'd have a say in how it's handled. I think the choice of whether or not the game is played, cancelled or called a tie should be left to the teams playing (within certain parameters set by the league).

But who knows. This is outside my pay grade.

Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

I have.

When the flooring pours collapsed at the Trop in AC, Two of my dear friends were caught up the debris.

Both survived with permanent injury. 3 died, 20 some injured.

Let's not generalize too much here, Projects are stopped after an accident, injury or death, all the time.

Re-evaluation, Investigation, OSHA Review, etc.

Just saying, easy with this...

I don't mean this to minimize what happened to Darrell Hamlin.    I am sorry about what happened to your friends. I am not sure what you want me to go easy with on it.  I have 20+ years of experience in workplace injuries in my job.  What happened last night in the NFL game was terrible.  It's a risk associated with the job and I think the risk of injury is significantly different than other industries it doesn't make it unique.

Just have every team select one representative and have a Royal Rumble.

Davis? Mailata? Covey? Suh?

One of them can win it all.

Have both kickers do the NFL equivalent of penalty kicks moving back 10 yards each round. They have time to burn during the week, so we can have it wrapped up by Friday.

Name two WRs or TE on the Giants. He maybe an idiot but he isn't off base

Slayton and Golladay.

What do I win?

Not sure why you came at me with this question.

I am outraged that all NFL teams are suggesting we should pray.  It's 2023 and companies shouldn't be shoving their religious agendas down our throats.

Take it to CVON.

Yep, I get your point. I think it is more complicated than that though.

I could care less about this.

Exactly.

Player went down with critical injury, emergency personnel performed live-saving measures to the best of their ability ASAP, player was transported to hospital for continuing care.

Everything else is completely unimportant.

I am sure the NFL communicated with the coaches before making a decision.  We won't ever know what conversations were had and ultimately they postponed the game.

Pascal is criminally underused.

I would not be surprised if Pascal signs somewhere else. He probably wants more targets and I wouldn't blame him.

He seems like a true class act.  I'm glad to see all of the support he's getting.

Wait until they dig up some innocent thing he said when he was 13 that today's social media mob can't handle and they turn on him.

Just a hope that workplace injuries don't become acceptable, cost of doing business.. and further discussions reflect that..

These are fragile times. The spotlight is shining now. Peoples lives have been changed forever.

Not at you, NC, just a general observation...

I’d just franchise him until someone else is figured out. I wouldn’t give him anything longterm as I don’t believe a single giants executive thinks he is their future
