Yup. Said a couple weeks ago wouldn’t be surprised if Brady is on the dolphins next year.

Dolphins would have some work to do. That defense is worse than TBs and their Oline is just as bad.

Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

1 - He's a moron.

2 - He's not paid to celebrate like a jackass.

3 - He (like many other of his generation) has no sense of the history of the game, which is why they constantly make everything about themselves.

4 - He's a Giant... he might fit better on the Cowboys.

Somewhere I read that he is "very outspoken" and has a "colorful personality". That's codewords for D-head.

One plant in one galaxy out of 100 billion galaxies, the universe wouldn't flinch. Basically irrelevant

He really didn’t say the Vegas line is telling you he’s not playing.  He meant the Vegas line is telling you the Giants aren’t going to play anyone.  He might not play.  He’s got a decent argument.

With the way Minshew played Sunday, even with Giants resting starters, 14 points is a massive line for a team with a backup QB. I think if it was Minshew that line would be 8/8.5

Yeah i think Brady wants to be in Miami. That’s what it comes down to. I also think eventually he wants to own or be a partial owner

So savage that he has 4 sacks on the year.

Also opened the window for Toth. I'm sure they did this for insurance with Lane but not sure who you cut for Toth when you also need to make a move for CJGJ, Quinn and Kern.

I think that’s just a procedural thing with Toth. Just starting the window doesn’t mean he’s gonna be activated. And if they don’t, it doesn’t mean that they have to release him. It just means he can’t play this year, which no one was counting on him to do anyway.

I’m just really curious who’s gonna be waived to clear roster spots. I genuinely think that Sills and Book are safe. They were ALWAYS viewed as long term guys who were being stashed at the bottom of the roster for the year with an eye to training camp this coming summer. Robinson could certainly go. I haven’t been as excited about Kyron Johnson lately as I was early on, so he could be one. Christian Elliss has made Shaun Bradley superfluous, so I wouldn’t mind seeing Bradley go. And yes, while I’m probably the biggest Covey supporter around, you could play a roster game with him by releasing him, have Ward return punts this week as a PS activation, and then activate Covey for the playoffs...if he doesn’t get claimed. I’d probably not want to risk that.

Sermon is another obvious choice. Maybe Opeta too, but I think he’d get claimed.

And Maddox could go to IR, but you only do that if you’re certain he can’t play in the Super Bowl if you get there.

That’s just me rambling for a few minutes.

Where ... and when?  The universe is not only incomprehensibly vast, it is 14 billion years old.  Modern civilization on Earth is only 6,000 years old.

Many intelligent civilizations could have existed and died out already, all over the universe; we may be late to the party, so to speak.

Or ... to answer the Fermi Paradox, the aliens are in the same place we're at.  Staring out their back door into the cosmos, with no wheels.  Even if we had wheels, we have no gas.  Intergalactic travel with large spaceships is not possible -- the distance, the energy does not exist, and for many other reasons.

Is human life special?

On one hand, we evolved into these incredibly complex, intelligent beings with complex emotions and the ability to build, invent, advance and alter our planet and potentially beyond that with an incredible amount of potential.

On the other hand, if humans were wiped out tomorrow by a meteor, the universe around us would carry on without flinching like we never existed in the first place. We are an infinitesimal presence on a tiny blue ball floating in virtually infinite space. And we aren't even the legacy species of our planet, our presence is a drop in a bucket compared to the dinosaurs and other species.

You can make a case for either, it entirely depends on your perspective.

They have three weeks to decide.

Since Opeta is a UFA at the end of this season it is highly unlikely any team will claim him as a two month rental.

I think Mike McDaniel would get snapped up in a second. Give him weapons and he can maximize them.

Dolphins are dumb. They might get Payton but i do t think McDaniel is remotely the issue with that team. Tua can’t stay healthy. he knows how to maximize the talent he has. If i were Denver or Carolina I’d be super interested in him.

Lets get wild. Have a McDaniel + trade for Payton.

At the species level Human life is human life.  Nothing more nothing less.  At the individual level a single human life is simply a window in time.

The show must go on

And the term 'savage' on the field, in light of what happened Monday night... just tone deaf, but again, it's all about him.

Yea he's definitely not playing Sunday

Suicide watch?

Did they make you take the drawstring out of your sweatpants so you don't hang yourself with it?

Wait... I'm confused.   Did he run, or did he walk through?
