Aware, but thanks.  The post you quoted was in response to a proposal to trade one of  the Eagles firsts to a pick poor team for ? (Player).  Maybe I could have worded that better.  How about:

Facing the cost to extend Hurts, the value to the Eagles isn’t just who that first pick might be in the draft but also the value of the rookie scale contract with a fifth year option as opposed to trading that pick for a player in their second contract, expensive, or at the end of their rookie contract and for value for that pick, necessitating an extension, expensive.  No thanks, not interested in a pick for player swap.

It's funny, we'll probably achieve immortality before we leave our solar system. Not complete immortality like not being able to die, I mean the ability for humans to live forever age-wise. Either by being able to capture our consciousness and transfer it to a machine or another human vessel. Or anti-aging technology. Or replacing unhealthy body parts or whatever with 3D printer organs/parts.

If in 1969 I'd have told you we'd be in 2022 and still have not landed on Mars you'd have called me crazy. Imagine how long it will be until we get a human out of our solar system, I'd bet we have at least a few of those technologies listed above by then if not all of them.

Ehh... They probably got all the info they needed back in 1969. Why would we go back? Technology hasn’t really changed that much to a point where it should be significantly easier and safer to do it now. It totally makes sense that we made it there and back safely before color television and computers, but that we’re just over it now. Been there, done that.

I say call it as a 7-3 Bengals win.  No need for rescheduling, travel, bye weeks or Week 19, etc.  The game was played and suspended; don’t restart or resume it.  Both teams possessed the ball — CIN scored a TD, BUF settled for a FG.  Bengals are 12-4, Bills are 12-4.  Game is over.

Ruling it a tie makes no sense. The game wasn’t tied! If you’re going to have it not count, you simply declare a no contest. It’ll be like it never happened. I have a feeling that is what’s going to happen. Play this week’s schedule and base things off of winning percentage.

But a tie? No thank you.

If the game was already in the 3rd quarter I’d be fine with that but imo, not enough game was played. Just ax it and go by win percentage
