Saints missed a 41-yard FG. Still 7-0. Good thing the game isn't over.

Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

Dalvin Cook got hurt. Good thing the Vikings are trying to win in a game that likely won't matter.

Mailata, with no Football training, but Stout in his ear, blows the doors off Dillard, a guy playing the game all his life.

Same OL Coach, going against the same D guys in practice every day...

Some things just are...Dillard has set his own bar...I think it's a HonkyTonk on Rte 66 somewhere in New Mexico...

There is something more to this though... Mailata has the benefit of not having any muscle memory.  Dillard, according to him, never lined up on the right side.  So, everything is basically backwards.  That's tough.   Now, to give a comparison... how easily would you be able to write everything right to left and backwards letters... compared to someone learning how to write for the very first time learning how to do both at the same time?  Mailata also gets away with some weak technique from time to time because he's just a mammoth person and freak athlete, not to mention super strong.  Dillard isn't any of those things.

Even if they win and the Eagles lose they can’t get the 1 seed right? That would go to Dallas or SF? I can’t keep up with all the scenarios 😂

It sure what the Bucs are doing playing Brady

The Panthers have one 1st down in 3 drives.

Yes, Vikes are out of the 1 seed race.

Doing better than the Eagles last week 😂

Doesn’t make sense to play starter then. But I guess they are still playing for seed position.

I think it's possible for them to regain the 2 seed.

Is it wrong for me to want the Ravens to win today and then win the coin flip?

A little bit... yeah.  Doesn't look likely.  Cincy up 17-0 now.

They should have rested everyone. If the SF win, and they're big favs, they're locked into the 3 seed.

I respect that position, and that reasoning, however, Dillard has not been able to lock down his OWN side, before they ever asked him to assume a dual capability. Mailata has played both sides already, varying results, granted, but not helpless out there.

My position is simply that Dillard's head is already causing drywall problems as it bangs against the ceiling, Mailata, not so much.

Talent has limits. Dillard seems to be struggling against his. Jordan, not so much. ...and he can sing...

Panthers have nothing to play for. And it benefits them to lose in terms of draft picks. I get saints don’t have anything to play for either but it doesn’t benefit them to lose as they don’t own their first rounder.

And they just stopped the Ravens on a 4th and 1 after the Ravens had put together a nice drive.

Settle down lil fella.

I was speaking to his ticket offer and Game attendance, not his playoff comment. He understood that.

You didn't.

Tbh i get the 2 seed you are promised a home game in the divisional round but you might get a tougher opponent this year in the WC round. If GB wins and makes it, the 2 is playing GB and the 6th seed giants would play the 3. Frankly if Minnesota got the 2 and played GB, i think they lose that game. I tend to think GB loses to SF

Saints failed miserably to convert a 4th and 2. Should have taken the points idiots.

I still say Payton winds up with Dallas. Especially if Dallas loses to Tampa, I think McCarthy gets fired.

McCarthy and Payton have close to identical records regular season and playoffs.

I'd love for Dallas to throw away a 1st and a 3rd round pick to make that lateral move.

Payton has 3 playoff wins in his last 8 seasons,. McCarthy has 4.  Wow, what an upgrade!

The Texans do not understand the assignment.

Not a defense of Dillard, per se.  But, mentioning that flipping from LT to RT isn't exactly as simple as it often is portrayed.  A player that's getting cross trained from the beginning will have an easier time than one that hasn't ever tried.  That said, Dillard is still a little weak, so he's going to struggle against bull rushes.  Mailata isn't, so he doesn't.  But, Mailata does struggle a bit with speed rushers.  The thing is, there aren't that many pure speed rushers that are fast enough to make Mailata struggle on the edge.

Texans hang on, the Bears gonna get the 1st overall pick and deal it for a boatload of picks. Might actually be able to build offensive talent around fields

Blame Bob Trumpy. Would do Oilers games as a broadcaster and hated any AFC Central team not the Bengals.  Like watching certain former cowpads broadcasting Eagles games.

We should be rooting for the Colts to win, as we don't want strong NFC rivals.
