TOUCHDOWN BROWNS

Blame Bob Trumpy. Would do Oilers games as a broadcaster and hated any AFC Central team not the Bengals.  Like watching certain former cowpads broadcasting Eagles games.

It's ok.  Art Modell is the reason I'll never root for anything positive for the Ravens.  (I have a lot of friends from Cleveland.)

Ultimately, I am rooting for outcomes today that don't lead to weird playoff matchups or host cities.

I don't think things change much for the Bears if they get #1 vs #2 pick. They aren't taking a QB and are probably going with Will Anderson. They could screw the Texans if they let a team trade up to #1 though. Indy could be the team to trade up I suppose. They way they are playing they will end up with either the 4th or 5th overall pick after today and need a QB so they could be in a position to make that kind of move.

We should be rooting for the Colts to win, as we don't want strong NFC rivals.

Would help but i think even at 2 the bears are dealing that pick for someone that wants stroud and likely get a nice return. The first overall i see someone giving up a ton to get young

Good job Bucs.

Let’s hope not. Payton made the Saints relevant. We don’t need him doing the same for the Cowboys.

Combined with the cowboys basically owning us the past 4 years I don't want to see that either. Damn Dak is 8-3 against us.

Currently looking like Miami getting the last playoff spot in the afc. If the bills would’ve beaten bengals and won today we’d have gotten a KC vs. tyreek hill WC game.

They could get a ton by trading out of #1 vs. #2.

Jensen is likely playing next week. His window to returned opened last week so i believe his 21 days is up next week.

Assuming they can get a fair value for the trade. If they stay put then they're taking Anderson regardless of whether they're at 1 or 2.

Being placed on roster does not mean ready to play. Look at the Commanders and Chase Young.

Comes down to you want bryce young or stroud. I think have to be at 1 to get young. If it’s the Texans they are taking him. Meaning if bears have first over then teams are gonna try to jump the Texans or Texans try to move up. I think more value at 1

Not a defense of Dillard, per se.  But, mentioning that flipping from LT to RT isn't exactly as simple as it often is portrayed.  A player that's getting cross trained from the beginning will have an easier time than one that hasn't ever tried.  That said, Dillard is still a little weak, so he's going to struggle against bull rushes.  Mailata isn't, so he doesn't.  But, Mailata does struggle a bit with speed rushers.  The thing is, there aren't that many pure speed rushers that are fast enough to make Mailata struggle on the edge.

Agree, Jordan has shown trouble with the speed guys. He gets the handoffs, dealing with stunts and blitzes, etc. Doing better every outing.

That's teaching. Jordan is available to the process. Dillard's "muscle memory" may be his downfall.

Dillard needs to handle his biz at one position, show he can deal, then cross-train, maybe later.

Otherwise, he's not long for Stout's Stable of OL Men. Get better or get gone..."Herbig"....

Yes but i believe his 21 day window ends next week. So if he’s not then he is out the rest of the year if they advance. Based off practice reports he’s been out there with a brace looks solid. I’m guessing with nothing to play for today they figured they’d give him another week. I’d be surprised if he doesn’t play next week or at least put on the active roster

So frustrating watching the Panthers have success on the ground barely even looking to pass.

After 28 seasons, today's the final day for the NFL Sunday Ticket on DirecTV. Looking at the list of games and the channels they're on, Gnats-Eagles is their final game.

The Browns getting jobbed on some calls early.

I don't see him back next year.  He'll get more money to battle for a starting spot than he can get here to be a backup.

Young is the exception to the rule. I am guessing 80-90% of players come back when the recovery estimate is up.

It is impossible to run on the Saints without a running QB.

Nice throw Darnold you scrub 🤢

I tend to believe Jensen plays next week. I think the goal for the Bucs and with him practicing the past couple weeks was always get him back for the playoffs. No reason for him to play in a meaningless week 18 game and potentially re-injure it

I agree  him not playing this week is likely more why bother than he's still hurt.

Its a meaningless game like you said.
