Been multiple times they could have used to him as a cut to add someone or bring them off IR. They haven’t. So it tells me they have to like him enough not to lose him. Frankly i think he was added in case of injury but the real value is in 2023 when Scott likely walks in FA and you need a backup to the starter. He is going to have really low miles as he’s not gotten any this year and he’ll know the offense better in year two. I think gainwell, sermon and sanders/whoever they get to replace sanders is the backfield next year.
