I had a hunch the offense might look rusty. Hurts missed some time, they took running plays out of the playbook today which is a huge part of their offense. Plus possibly not calling their most innovative plays because they could play the giants in 2 weeks.

Nit overly concerned yet.

You can blame the coaches for not running enough. You can also say- Hurts isnt as good a passer as most people think. His running for 1st downs is what sustains a lot of drives. Relying completely on his arm- this offense isnt very good.

It was one the qb is responsible for because of the protection call.  Mailata and Dickerson had men and there was no back. 

Stout needs to diagnose the blitz and have it picked up. I've lost count of the amount of plays with unabated blitzers.

Tbh I’d like to get up enough to have mailata move to RT and dillard play LT to see what it looks like for a drive or two. Driscoll never stays healthy either so might need it in the playoffs

It is a top 10 offense without him running the ball like he does. It’s not a top 2 or 3 offense.

He's understandably playing it careful for himself ahead of the playoffs.

Just need measured plays to get into FG range or better. Giants with their personnel out there today aren't going to do too much damage so it's about accumulating the points sagely until end of third/beginning of fourth and then we ourselves can bring out the backups.
