Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

He’s due for a major clunker against us…like a 4 INT game

How the F did we lose to this team, even with our backup QB.

I guess 4 F'in turnovers and a 3rd and 30 will do that to you.

Lol

We sucked. We play like that on Sunday and we lose again.

Cool stuff.  This team is legitimately a few weird turnovers away from being undefeated.  If Quez had some meat on his bones he might have been able to shield off the defender on both pics this past week.   Not to mention the ridiculous fumbles.  Also the fumble after the big catch against Washington.  Obviously we lucked out in Arizona.  But this is the best regular season, by all numbers, we’ve seen this franchise have.

Rivals both 2004 and 2017. Easy to make an argument that this is the best. Need to close out though and get the top seed.

Not about the meat on the bones, but the size of his heart.  He plays soft.  Smith has less meat, but plays tough.  Watkins is just the Stay-Puft marshmallow man.

As the dust is settling around the league, the Eagles actually really need to win this New Orleans game.

It’s a legitimate big game.

Yup.  Doesn't mean a thing unless they finish as strong as they started.

Who remembers the 1998 Vikings?  15-1... lost to Falcons who went to Super Bowl.

1999 Jags?  14-2, lost to the Titans who went to the Super Bowl.

Plenty of those cases.   Eagles need to keep it rolling and not rest on their laurels, because they don't yet have any laurels to rest upon.

On multiple levels... not for nothing but it ends the Saints bid for the South division.

We're going to beat the Saints

They have to beat the Saints.  They are the better team, no doubt, but they need to actually go out and do it.

On this note... I hate to say it, but with all the recent injuries, Eagles are now the 4th best team in the NFC - and with the way Dak torched our defense? 40 points. 40.....  was 100% on throwing against Gannons vanilla soft  zone.....

My rankings

Niners

Cowboys

Vikings

Eagles

The Eagles need to get healthy quickly and Gannon needs to grow a pair, or we are gonna be one and done.

CJGJ will be back (hopefully soon)... that will go a long way to fixing things.  Scott won't be on the field as much...

He has 3 weeks left to heal.

I don’t watch the all 22 and can’t speak to where CJGJ has been lining up…we all know he can and has been in the slot…and that he’s far better than Scott.

But for the first half of the year, wasn’t the narrative that he was playing so well because we moved him to safety, which was where he wanted to be and a better fit for him?

Id rather have Blankenship on the field than Scott, but I also hate to make 2 positions worse.

You aren't making two positions worse.   Blankenship has shown that he can play.  Scott has shown he cannot.   The goal needs to be to eliminate the weakest link.
