The team hasn't played at home in four weeks.  That alone makes me confident.

Another week of reps for the backups.  Another week for the coaches to tailor the game plan.

Don't turn the ball over and it will be a walk on Sunday.

That's foolish.  If he's not healthy enough to start, then you sure don't throw him into the game needing him to play hero ball and reinjure himself.  I really hope they aren't even considering that.   He's either active and starting, or he's inactive and resting.   Going halfway in is a recipe for disaster.  Besides, having him on the sidelines has Minshew playing tentative and looking over his shoulder... and more so, a single incompletion, or an interception and the faithful mouth breathers at the Linc will be calling for Hurts.   Long list of things that can go wrong in that scenario.   They need to commit one way or the other.
