Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

I would say the easiest path would be

Hawks and Bucs win this week

We beat the Hawks, Bucs beat the Vikings

Eagles beat the Bucs

IMO we’re a nightmare matchup for NYG. they played Dallas close both times, they played Minnesota close, they beat Tennessee and Jacksonville and the Ravens and the Packers because NYG can control the tempo of those games. Whereas when they played us, they were blown out worse than they have been in a year because they aren’t built for an offense like ours.

Did you know NYG scored 30 points only once this year? Against Indy. They can’t maintain against a high scoring team. We’re a bit suspectible to a downfield passing attack. Minny has that, Seattle has that… NYG don’t have that. If they beat the Vikings, I believe that’s our best chance of making the NFCCG. I think it’ll be another slaughter.

The point is, the talent gap conversation isn’t relevant when you have already seen the groups actually match up. The talent gap conversation should really only be useful in lieu of a match up, not in spite of one.

We’ve seen these teams already match up this very season. The Giants should be very confident and so should the Bucs.

So if the giants beat the Vikings and travel to Philly for the divisional playoffs, should they start their practice squad against us in that game?

Weve seen their starters match up against us and it was a blowout.  We’ve seen their practice squad match up against us and it went down to the wire.  Or should the Giants trust their talent gap and go with their starters?

If the Eagles play their best game, the 9ers are the only real threat.

Seattle - has no shot.

Giants - we smashed them when we played our game and did not have to protect Hurts

Cowboys - beat them handily in Philly

Bucs - he will have major issues with our pass rush

Vikings - I would be slightly concerned with the way the coverage looked the last couple of games, and holding Jefferson in check twice is a scary proposition.

We also had an altered game plan to protect Hurts, and Lane Johnson did not play.  We will not go 1-5 in the red zone if we play them again.

I'm sure he's taking some shots for that pain but what worries me is how long those shots last until pain comes back and it's unbearable. Clay Harbor did an interview with John Clark giving his personal experience with that same injury and playing through it without surgery.

My wife is having a shoulder issue currently, totally unrelated to Hurts injury.  She got a Toradol shot at work yesterday, and she was borderline retarded for a couple hours.

My mom had thumb surgery where they removed the arthritis and they used a tight rope surgery on it. She had it mid December and she’s still in a soft cast. But they gave her some pain killers. She was all over the place

There's pills that can help with that

Jets. I think a sleeper team is the Seahawks tbh.

One D, 53 Bengals... may be a pretty big ask...even with the Blue pill...

I would rank his destinations

Dolphins

Jets

Seahawks

Wow, you don't often see that, especially at the end of the season.
