Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

Geno Smith 🤣🤣😂

Hope Lane is healthy when we play SF. Bosa/Armstead are lethal

I like Deebo. He's fun to watch.

Hold ‘em to 3

Honestly geno smith has not played nearly as well since the Carolina game in week 14. He’s thrown 8 tds and 5 picks and completing 63% of his passes. QB rating at 84

The Seattle OL has really regressed.

If that ball comes out earlier that's an easy TD

SEA has no pass rush at all so far

If we run that play, it's a loss of 10 yards.

Woolen got beat on the move. Purdy should’ve had that ball out sooner.

I'm not sure if I should laugh or cry

Rapsheet says Raiders trying to trade Carr this week before they have to cut him. Mentioned, Jets, Panthers, Commies as possibilities.

I can't see a team pursuing Carr until they see what the Ravens decide to do with Jackson, because a QB needy team who wants to pursue a vet QB will surely prioritize Jackson over Carr.

I wouldn’t.

Good closing speed by woolen though

Nearly 2 picks on the drive by Purdy

The Seahawks stink would much rather have seen the Lions or Packers in.

Brock looking like Case Keenum early on. He’s playing with fire.

Seahawks don’t want to tackle today

That was a clean INT if the LB hadn't batted it.

Nothing better than watching Wild Card weekend with a first round bye….Go Hawks!

The hard part about watching these games is that the team we want to lose usually wins.  That’s why we want them to lose.

Case isn't good enough to win a playoff game in Philly.

I didn't say it was an argument purely from a fan perspective, as the initial post on the idea of expanding to 65 was also focused on the salary cap implications.

The first item is also completely different.  65 player roster means you can protect all 65 players from being poached by another team.  The 53 man roster and expanded PS roster continues to allow teams to steal the PS players, if they want to add them to their roster.  Further, the 53 man roster and the 3 elevation limit per player means a lot more churning and consternation, both for the organization and the players.   It rolls over to the fans, as we just saw last week we were focusing on how the team would deal with the punter position.

And 2 and 3 were union issues, exactly as @Nivraga had discussed.

All true, but they don’t change the fact that expansion, however modest in its scope, has taken place.  That is all I’m saying.

Discussions on this Board are very subject to morphing.  The conversation yesterday about the possibility of drafting an heir apparent RT for Johnson now and using that player as the starting RG until Johnson retires is a conversation example like this one, where the original proposition quickly disappears as a result of the follow up comments.  The original proposition yesterday never had even one response that moved the proposition forward.  Every post was a side track.  They were all interesting but they were sidetracks nonetheless.

In fairness seattle making the playoffs is a credit to them. At the start of the year thought was they’d win like 4-6 games. First 9 games they were much better. Went 6-3. Last 8 they were 3-5.

Had a crazy thought that if Ravens have to move on from Lamar they’ll trade for Aaron Rodgers

For sure he did a good job making it up and not running into the Wr for PI. but if purdy throws it right after woolen gets beat that’s a touchdown.
