No doubt, but an Elite QB is the elixir for other issues. He had a 27 point lead, he has to close it. No two ways about it.

I liked Staley, but he lost his guts on fourth down (when he was in the right about 95 percent of the time). Then he made that nonsensical decision to expose his starters to injury in a meaningless game last week, leading to a Mike Williams injury. 

And of course, he Charger’d tonight. He’s gotta go.

At some point in time, the chargers defense might want to make a stop. Jags scored on their last 5 possessions of the game. Let me just point this out. This is with a defensive coach that they can’t get stops.

Sean Payton is already tossing all of Staley’s ish out of his office.

Jags will probably get stomped next week, but this was awesome for Doug.

Staley’s biggest issue was hiring an OC who treats Herbert like late-career Drew Brees. He should be in an aggressive vertical offense. Just a poor match.

Most Coaches get blown out if their QB throws 4 Picks in his first playoff game.  Not Doug Pederson.   He's freaking 5-2 in the Playoffs as a Head Coach.  Wild.
