We might.  I might.  It's a thing of beauty watching him glide downfield...not many players can do it the way he can.  I blame some of the lack of connections on Hurts, the offense itself, and the other good options.  But some of that probably falls on Quez for not being a more complete WR who consistently contributes at other levels of the field.

My biggest fear with eliminating Quez...there are some parallels between the 2017 and the 2022 WR corps.  Alshon/Agholor/Torrey Smith vs. Brown/Smith/Quez.  Yes, this 2022 group is better...but everyone had a damn high opinion of Alshon and Agholor this time back in 2017.  Alshon was still a complete stud then with a very similar playing style to Brown.  And Agholor, while comfortably behind Devonta Smith, was also a fairly similar player with nice quickness and routes.  That 2017 offense only took one year to become a quicksand offense that left defenses stacking the box on every play because they knew no one could get behind them.

I don't know that a prototypical #3 possession slot WR would be a good thing for this offense.

No, he is listed as doubtful on the injury report.  The team will make an announcement at some point and declare him out.

This is not something you overvalue in any offense lol. Especially for a #3, when your two outside WRs are AJ Brown and Devonta Smith and your TE is Goedert. Quez helps get these guys 1 on 1 matchups in every game.

He’s had a sack five straight weeks. 8.5 in his last 7. Longest Eagles streak since Darwin Walker 20 years ago.

Minshew was over throwing a ton of passes. DeVonta was bailing him out.  We were honestly lucky that he only threw two interceptions. Eagles win that game with Hurts.  You're taking a drop off from one of the best QBs in the league to a journeyman backup.  It is what it is. Minshew wasn't good enough to win that style of a game.

If Hurts isnt careful he'll be a journeyman backup as well. Cant keep getting hurt in the most important times of the season.

Definitely some concern over this game, but I’d like to think that another week of prep and play with the starters we should see Minshew settle in some more.

But please don’t start comparing this guy to Nick Foles.
