This game is a win/win for me. Giants win and I can laugh at the Vikings for being frauds. Vikings win and the Giants get kicked out of the playoffs.

Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

Bills made a mistake there.   Just take the points.

They must feel Skyler Thompson is no threat to them.

Say this again in about 3 hours.

Can't drop that pass Waddle.

The Chargers needed to develop a running game to complement their passing game during the course of the season.

Yup. The Chargers have two big issues (technically 3 cause staley imo is a bad coach). One they can’t run the ball. When they were playing the Titans and the Titans made that come back, I said they’re gonna have issues closing them out because they can’t run the ball. Granted, the Titans are really good at stopping the run anyways. but they couldn’t run the ball even if the Titans sucked against the run. So they weren’t able to milk the clock and put them away. So they gave the Titans an opportunity to come back in the game.

The fact that they also can’t stop the run it allowed Derrick Henry to be Derrick Henry. Chargers are 27th against the run. they were able to tie that game up. Granted they still won because Mike Williams made some ridiculous catches on that final drive.

I said during the game and I still feel this way,  the talent on both chiefs and chargers rosters’ is capable of both being really good teams. Frankly 12+ win type teams.  But really the Grand Canyon difference between reid and Staley is the biggest reason the chargers went 10-7 and lost games to Vegas, blew a 10 point lead to niners and got destroyed by seattle at home. Heck even the second loss to the chiefs, reid schooled Staley late in that game and even did the same play he beat them on last year.

Let’s root for Kellen Moore to get a HC job.

Wow what a throw!

Actually think if Dallas loses tomorrow there’s better chance if Dallas fires mccarthy thah moore replaces mccarthy then Payton. I don’t see Jerry wanting to give Payton the power he wants whereas he can still have power with moore.

What a TD catch!

Absolutely amazing throw

Diggs is a great player, but if you're Miami, how do you give that up?

Allen looks healthier than he did a couple weeks ago. There were a few weeks where they really more limited and didn’t attempt as many down the field type of throws. Allen’s elbow looks like it’s feeling much better.

Kinda like how do you give up a 3rd and 30. It happens

In that case, Howie gets no credit for Hurts now.  Can't have it both ways.

Yup. He gets credit for Hurts and blame for Reagor.

Still can't believe he didn't trade down in that draft. If you're going to take a non-consensus player, trade down!

Both throws were great, including the one to get them down there.

I do kind of feel bad for Miami. They stand no chance with this Thompson kid.

I’m guessing they think Howard can cover diggs one on one. However howard really hasn’t been nearly as good this year as in previous years. He’s had issues a lot this year. I know pff so take it with a grain of salt, but he’s got a 58.4 grade. In two years he’s managed to go from high 80s to high 50s.

I actually made this argument at that time. It wasn’t so much about Justin Jefferson. But if you really weren’t in love with him, he’s sitting there and there were plenty of teams that were then you should’ve maximize the value of that pick. I get they were worried somebody would take Jalen Reagor, but he wasn’t some can’t miss prospect that if somebody would offer me good or even decent return i wouldn’t do it. we needed young players infused so moving back a couple spots and picking up extra picks would’ve been helpful.

Or, just take the WR I tell you to.

Cook> singletary. If the bills feed him more i actually think they’d see their running game with their backs be more consistent.

I know Tua isn’t starting but here’s another 2 vs 7 blowout coming up

Oh... for some of us, it absolutely was about Jefferson.

Yep, and if we didn't have to keep chasing it, we may have a #1WR, a starting CB and a DE that we drafted, instead of 3 straight 1st round picks spent on WR

Oh they’re missing mustard

If Steichen and Gannon are hired, how many of our current assistants follow?

1 each, I hope.   If Steichen goes, they have to keep Johnson as OC.  I don't want a repeat of the fallout of 2017 where we lose both the OC and QB coach and the entire offensive coaching staff is essentially decapitated.

For you guys it was. I’m talking about the eagles as an organizational decision. If they made the decision that they didn’t love him (which they did) then I have to deal with that decision they were never taking him. However, even making that decision they knew teams behind really loved Jefferson and coveted him. So at that point try maximizing the value of the pick with Jefferson on the board. I don’t think they even tried because they thought they would lose out on reagor like he was some can’t miss prospect. i still think somebody would’ve given you a decent haul to go up and get him. We heard multiple teams during the draft and even after wanted to move up for him and aiyuk.
