Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

That’s incomplete; it touched ground. But nfl is finicky.

Whatever the Super Bowl matchup is, it should be very interesting stylistically.  I heard the point made on NFL Radio that none of BUF, CIN, nor KC have very talented or deep OL

Both the Niners and Eagles possess a relentless pass rush.

KC has a good oline though if guys stay healthy. They are first in pass block win rate according to ESPN. And 3rd in run block win rate. Buffalo is good in pass blocking. They are 4th. But run blocking they are bottom third of the league at 22. Bengals are the team that niners and eagles pass rush likely really feasts on. Run blocking they are good at 10th. But pass blocking they are 30th and just lost their starting right tackle in collins and RG Cappa is dealing with an ankle.

For all you taters calling for Jonathon Gannon's head over not blitzing, watch the Bills carve the Dolphins defense apart after picking up the blitz.

Honestly if the Eagles make the SB I think I’d prefer the Bills over the Chiefs or Bengals even though from top to bottom they’re probably the most talented of the 3.

The Bills aren’t a great running team, Allen is a gunslinger so he makes mistakes as we’ve seen in the red zone this year. You never want any part of Reid or Mahomes, and Joe Burrow is unflappable and the Bengals have a good running game and underrated defense.

Issue with the Bills is dealing with Diggs and Davis.  Our corners and coverage have not been good recently.

49ers had a 3rd string QB playing….

Very much different.  Dolphins are built to air it out... 49ers are built to distribute.  Dolphins need a Magic Johnson.  49ers just need John Stockton.  They can even get by with TJ McConnell.

This thing officially jumped the shark

Lol i love that gif

tbh there’s an argument that the niners excluding the Qb position have the best roster in the league. If it’s not the best, it is top 3.

2. Lane Johnson

3. Terron Armstead

4. Eric Fisher

Is that draft class so bad that Fisher would go 4th?

In hindsight, Reagor demonstrated the NFL capability of a 7/FA.

But at the time?  He was regarded as an elite speedster.  The tape supported it but the workouts didn’t.  The college stats weren’t great, but we’d be dealing with a tiny prospect pool if we couldn’t see beyond college stats.

I don’t think he would have escaped round 2.

He likely would have been a 2nd round pick, and that team would have regretted that as well... just not as much as as a first rounder and missing out on a record breaker from the SEC.

I remember Fisher was arguably the best oline in the draft. I thought for sure we were getting him or Deion Jordan.

There are actually lots of options for 4th.  I just think Fisher was better than given credit for.

It’s pretty bad. But 4 should be Bakhtiari, Fredrick or Slay.

I thought so too. Thankfully the Dolphins bailed us out on that one. What a disaster that would have been.

actually have Hopkins, Rhodes, ertz, bouye, mathieu, slay, bakhtari, Frederick, Keenan Allen, hyde, poyer and leveon

Another scintillating 7-2 matchup

Sadly, the wrong teams got in (Steelers, Lions)

Lucky for him they’re playing the dolphins.

Bills better be careful here.
