Minshew led the offense to 27 points.  6 other times the Eagles have scored less than that this year and won the game.

The game they gave up 35 points ( 3rd highest of the season ) and 455 total yards is evidence they are not the worst defense in the NFL.

They are dead last in the NFL in points and yards allowed, and have been all season.  Last year they were 29th in yards allowed, and 31st in points allowed.

They are worse than last year.

Saints are 2-5 away from home this season.  Those wins are against Cleveland and Atlanta. Only five other teams in the NFL have worse results and one (Colts) the same record.

You just made a statement of fact about the Lions defense, and you were wrong.  I knew exactly what I was watching, apparently you did not.

If the Eagles/Saints end up being a nail biter, best to aggressively root for the Giants against the Colts.  They might not show up in week 18 if they clinch.

On another note, I've been sick with flu/fever/coughing for the last 5 days.  I had to cancel lots of stuff at work and my wife has quarantined me in the bedroom.  I'm about ready to lose my mind.

Yep...Lane's extended absences have generally coincided with crappy Eagles teams.  

That said, they need to take steps to make him less critical.  Any time you can have a record without a player that adds up to 33 games, that might be the first hint to stop relying on them.
