Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

Those are the kind of lucky breaks Minn has been getting all year.

Goedert must be licking his chops

looks like this is going to be a high scoring affair

He’ll go late 1st early 2nd and I just couldn’t waste a pick that high on a RB.

When I posted the mock draft with the Eagles taking Robinson with the assumed 32nd pick or whatever late number it was, someone pointed out getting a top RB talent with 5 years of control could be ideal.  You'd be getting Robinson on a 4-year deal worth about $13 million with the 5th year option.  That could end up being a steal.  From what I'm seeing, Miles Sanders pre-2022 season contracts were looking to be 3 years $13 million or so.  He's going on 26.  Robinson turns 21 in 2 weeks.  Take the RB who is 5 years younger, 6' 220 lbs and a broken tackle machine with 5 years control please.

Do we want the giants to win?

Makes me sick to say it, but yeah.

Two horrible defenses. I've seen half a dozen wide open receptions by both teams.

Come on giants just get a clock eating td drive going

Jalen Reagor really making his presence known in this game

Cousins ripping it no fs given haha

I knew those lucky SOBs would score after that int hit the ground. San Fran will destroy them

Still want to know what the conditions on that pick are.

Yeah. Despite today, I don’t think they can keep up in a shoot out while Dallas more likely could.

49ers will get another BYE against Minn while the Eagles slug it out and get beat to crap

We get a pack of Doritos, just the pack, no chips in it though, they keeps the chips...

I don't think Minnesota is winning this game. They'll get Tom Brady or Dallas.

Doubt it, teams learned their lesson with taking RBs early I think. A RB hasn’t gone top 10 in years.

2018 - Barkley 2nd overall

2017 - Fournette 4th overall, CMC 8th overall

2016 - Zeke 4th overall

2015 - Gurley 10th overall

But the Eagles probably aren’t going to sign Robinson to a 2nd contract so you’d be using a 1st on a guy you have for 4-5 years. I just think it’s a bad use of premium picks.

"If his last name is Reagor it de-escalates to a 5th”

Seriously though, I am 1000% convinced there was never a chance it would be a 4th. I’ve never heard of a de-escalating trade and the fact it’s been months without anything coming out makes me think it was something like "if he’s on the roster for Week 1 it becomes a 5th”.

why aren't giants running it?

The Vikings keeping it close which means as they always do they’ll catch sone lucky break along the way here. They either get blown out or squeak out wins in the luckiest way possible.

Nice effort from Brieda.

Cautionary tale on why you don't do it.

Bad playcall, they're lucky he broke three tackles
