Minnesota has an awful defense. It helps make the giants look immensely better. Dvoa Vikings are 27th in defense. 24th in pass. In general they are 31st in total yards allowed, 28th in ppg allowed, 20th vs. the run and 31st vs. pass. Basically they aren’t good on defense.

126 yards rushing in the first half is why. I would think against a team that has eeked out lucky wins you'd want to limit their possessions and wear down their defense
