Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

The Giants actually played a competitive team though. Tampa doesn't even look like they made it out of the locker room.

Let’s not pretend like Minnesota’s defense was the least bit competitive. They played a competitive offense.

If one were to ignore everything and just base things on how teams looked this weekend…

1. SF

2. Giants

3.  Dallas.  Loses points due to level of competition.  This was a bye week.

4. Jacksonville if you want to assume their second half is what you’ll get moving forward.

5. Bengals.

6. Bills

Of the winning teams, I agree.

I’m not afraid of the Giants because I know who they are…but if you look at the game in isolation, they probably played the second best playoff game this week.  Jones played like Josh Allen / Hurts with the dual threat plays.

You can say they look better but not "much”

That’s a good defense the Cowboys carved up tonight. The Bucs offense is a joke no matter the opponent though.

While throwing a million 4 yard passes. Although that might work against us.

Yeah, I think the Giants looked good but I'm still not overly scared of them. The Vikings defense kind of sucks.

Three score game!

Tom Brady gets to retire with his last pass being a TD.  Blahr

They got their SB, had one reasonable playoff run post SB, then a first round playoff loss.  Same sequence as us.

Theyll reset and life goes on.

Yeah, no. Don't make me do the research on you... not even close comparisons...

Bucs ball!

Damn brady was only 8 passes away from 69

We won a sb, had an enjoyable playoff run, then had a fairly ugly first round playoff exit.  Throw in the year from hell after that.  Pretty symmetrical results.

Actually lost in the divisional round after we beat the bears in WC weekend on a double doink.

Yup.  Not a bad little run.

I hate the NFCS :nonono:

I'm not so sure they're a good defense. No pass rush and their run D hasn't been as good either.

C'mon Evans!

4 successful onside kicks all season???

Its meant to be more of a long shot than a coin toss, but it shouldn’t be that hopeless.

The biggest issue for boys going forward is kearse

Weren’t they a top 10 defense? Outside of Barrett, they’re as healthy as they’ve been, no?

I have a tinfoil hat conspiracy with the Bucs. When that whole situation with Tom Brady and Miami situation came up he essentially forced out Bruce Arians. Let’s be frank that was the reason why Bruce Arians is not the head coach anymore.

When that Miami situation fell through, the only place he could play was Tampa. Because that’s what they told him. he went back into that locker room, I don’t think the players appreciated the fact that he was just gonna jump ship and he pushed out Bruce Arians even if they love bowles. Add on the fact that they fought with him in that game against the Rams and they were pretty close to overcoming it and potentially playing for a second Super Bowl. And he just wanted to leave to go to Miami.

I think there’s some chemistry issues in that locker room. I think there’s a lot of guys in that locker room that didn’t appreciate it and friction in that locker room. Granted, I think they have other issues like Brady hasn’t played well, their oline has not been good, they can’t run and I don’t know what the hell Todd Bowles is doing cause he is not a good head coach.  But I have a feeling when he finally gets to go somewhere else this offseason, there’s gonna be stories that leak about that locker room.
