It's based on the Alton Brown recipe for 'chewy' chocolate chip cookies.   Not sure what changes she's made beyond this, but she uses milk chocolate chips, not semi sweet.

Been there, done that.  But those cookies died to me when my grandmother passed.

Kinda weird call there from Harbaugh

I get why they didn't call timeout there.  The first down lets the play clock run down, so they can't run off the full 40 seconds.  It saves him a timeout if they get the ball back.  But costs him about 20 seconds.  Bad strategy, I think... but might be academic if TCU gets another first.
