I can't root for either of these teams in this Cowboys @ 49ers game.  The enjoyment from seeing either team lose will be offset by seeing the other one win.

Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

Pray for a tie.

No. Not capiche. If you are outwardly cheering for the Cowboys to get to the NFC championship they are that much closer to the SB. You have no clue what Cowboys team shows up either. Not to mention Dak absolutely owns the Eagles in almost every matchup.  The fact you would rather have that than Brock Purdy is ridiculous.

Yea I'd much rather play a rookie qb than a qb who had a damn near perfect game last time we played them

That's all huh?

I like Allen but he has a Carson Wentz feel to me, too much hero ball.

Man if we get to the SB I really like our chances. Mahomes has a bad ankle and the Benglas have 3 backup O line playing.

Hopefully the script writers give Chiefs the win

The Bills couldn’t rush the passer after Miller got hurt.

What are you talking about?  Why the F would you want the Cowboys to win?

I mean… I think they’d be an easier matchup than the Niners

So let’s say the Eagles are destined to get to the Super Bowl and lose and there’s nothing you can do about it.

Would you rather lose to Mahomes, or give up the Bengals first Super Bowl title?

The Bills have a whiff of ARs Eagle teams. Always the bridesmaid, never the bride.  I can see why McDermott could be let go as they don't look capable of taking the next step when newer coaches like Pederson, Zach Taylor, the Boy Wonder in LA, etc have. And Sirianni may well do too.

Their nemesis has been the divisional round... but have lost to KC with Mahomes and now Cincy with Burrow... no shame in that.  Eagles lost to Carolina with Steve Buerlein.

I figure McDermott won’t get fired Dungy style… but the team unraveling down the stretch and this feeble performance ain’t a great look.

He gets one more shot before he gets the Dungy/Schottenheimer/Ryan treatment.

I'd rather lose in the NFC Championship game in all honesty

There's 53 players on the team for those who piss themselves at the sight of a mediocre QB like Dakota.

49ers >>> Cowboys

No one in their right mind should prefer to play a much stronger team.  Are you people actually Eagles fans?  Or just anti-Dallas fans???

That’s pretty weird.

BEEE KAAYYYY

HAVE IT YOUR WAY

If I had something other than a flip phone, I'd be able to see what you're seeing. But where I live, it's still 2005

Got my chili out of the pot. Homework done. Time to sit back and watch cowboy fans get their hopes crushed for the 26th time in a row.

Wrong.  Anytime it helps the Eagles, it's ok to root for Dallas.

Dallas is a non-entity.  What matters is what's good for the Eagles, PERIOD.

What situation besides getting them into the playoffs helps the Eagles?  Seeing Dallas lose is always good.

That is definitely an issue. I also think an issue is their corners are nowhere near as good as they were a couple years ago. Once White had that injury, he’s never been the same. I’d add their offense is nowhere close to as consistent as it was the last two years. They’ve been all over the place this year. I think they miss daboll. I like Sean McDermott, but tend to think there’s only so far he’s going to get you. I feel like the bills have reached where they’re going to get with him.

I am not so sure other teams aren’t going to catch them and surpassed them this off-season. If the Jets get a quarterback, their defense is better and they have the playmakers to compete with the bills. The Dolphins are almost in a similar position where if they get a quarterback, they can consistently  compete with the bills. I think there’s a good chance they are gonna regress. So what is the only thing you can do besides adding talent to get you over that hump? Coach.
