Good lord.  No one said anything about him tearing apart the locker room or it being an ongoing issue.  LOL.

Clearly you haven't been paying attention. There have been 3 or 4 people now that have made references to TO, with the obvious implication that the end result could end up being the same.

Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

The production of one's unit is only part of it. The main interest is vision, leadership skills, how they get along with ownership, and how they view a team's current roster and if it aligns with what the front office wants. Gannon must be very attractive in some of those areas.

None of which you can surmise from anything other than bringing the dude in for an interview. How else would they determine any of this if they don't, ya know, like actually speak with him?

Lots of discussions about our skilled positions and qb. I think our offensive mvp is our entire offensive line/stoutland. Keep that thing intact (hope Lane can be productive for another 3 years) and we have a chance to be contenders for another 3 years.

Usually word of mouth. That's probably why Jonathan Gannon was highly coveted in league circles as a DC long before he ever got interviewed for a job. Same premise.

A portion of this fan base is way too wrapped up into defending all things Eagles.

Nick won't be your friend, it's ok if he's not coach of the year.

Jalen won't be your friend, it's ok if he's not NFL MVP.

BG won't be your friend, it's ok if he's not comeback player of the year.

AJ Brown won't be your friend, it's ok if you point out that he looked like a petulant child Saturday night.  It's also ok if you criticize him as much as you did Wentz.  There is actual video evidence this time.

Your fan card won't be taken away.  We all want a SB win, we will all celebrate if it happens.  They still won't be your friend.  Your self-worth shouldn't be tied to others' opinions of people that don't even know you exist.

This is a message board, don't take it so seriously.

You don’t have a point.

Yup

Embiid playing tonight?

Not sure but if we can’t beat the Nets who don’t have KD, even without Joel, it will suck. The way the Sixers are on uptrend and the Nets on a downtrend, I expect a win. It would be weird if Joel wasn’t available after 5 days off. I would assume he would play with a missing arm if he has the chance to play against Ben.

Well that's just stupid if that's the case. The whole purpose of the interview process is to find out for yourself with first hand info, rather than limiting yourself to second or third hand info.

If Purdy qualifies, why not Breece Hall, who had is sewed up before he got hurt?

Chris Olave too. The dude had a 1,000 yard season very much under the rada and did more than Purdy; it's a nice story, but not OROY worthy.

On the whole Deebo injury

He had 463 rushing yards.  Pierce had 939, Ken Walker had 1050. Tyler Algier had 1035 yards.

Hall finished 9th among rookies in rushing yards.

I wouldn't want that, it would feel so cheap. I want to beat the best.

Even if he aggravates the injury, he will be ready in two weeks.

Our odds of beating Burrow or Mahomes are probably better, because, Joe Webb.

I'd switch to CFL full time if we lost a SB to Henne.

He was designated with did not practice. This should not be allowed.

This is true.  I'm thinking it is useful to focus on the issue at hand, namely the Niners, and not get ahead of ourselves with regard to Brown tearing apart the locker room and getting into an open fight with Hurts in the media.

Speaking of pouting WRs, does anyone remember that great cartoon with TO dressed as a baby with a pacifier in the back seat of a car together with McNabb going to get ice cream with Reid driving them?  That was a a classic.  Think it was a Bang cartoon.

Kind of funny you bring up the Bang cartoon. For a few days I’ve been thinking of perhaps his greatest creation since Dallas lost Sunday.

Pouting.  He didn't get the ball enough.

37 minutes ago, 4for4EaglesNest said:

Top WR's want the ball.  Yeah, no ish.  That's not breaking news.  There is more than one way to be selfish.  Pouting after your team had a blowout win to advance to the NFCCG, because you didn't get enough targets, is selfish.  No other way to explain it.  It's ok to say it.  It doesn't make you any less of a fan....he or Jalen won't find out.  They won't ban you from the Linc.

I am assuming he was frustrated about his lack of targets and the Hurts overthrow.  I also know that he was getting open and works hard at his job.  I don't see anything wrong with frustration in that scenario.  It's not pouting or refusing to play.

No one is worried.  People questioned if he was even pouting, so we showed you him pouting.

It was a fake clip.  But keep talking about it.
