Florio isn’t a hypocrite.  He is an on screen personality.  For all onscreen personalities it is all about capturing audience and keeping that audience. Audiences are fickle so consistentency from one moment to the next is not part of the network’s gameplay.

TIFWIW my friend who covers the teams as a beat (also told me about Hopkins before it blew up) says a lot of people think whoever gets hired might just get fired in a year. the job looks more appealing as murray is completely back from his injury in 2024. Frankly would’ve been better off just letting kingsbury coach one more year if this is what actually goes down.

with all things equal- It comes down to can Purdy or Hurts make the plays needed. And That means it does come down to Hurts VS Purdy. If both are making monster plays, than it's a toss up, But If Purdy outplays Hurts? Bad Omen for the future. 

 

 

True but you are ignoring the respective DBs and assuming that all four Line sets will perform according to projections.
